For my final project, I chose fauvism and cubism. For the cubism I thought it would be a cool idea to make someone out of different geometric shapes. I feel like it adds some character to the art piece. For fauvism I had a lot of fun with choosing the colors we thought best fit our friends for the project so I incorporated it into this piece. I chose purple for my characters wisdom and wealth, green for his calmness, and yellow for his happy attitude on life.
For my puppet project I made Frank. Frank is made out of a soda can for the body and broken fork handles for arms and legs. He also has Micheal Strahan’s face. Frank is an outgoing and social person. He likes to make people’s day better by always smiling.
Surrealism assignment, for my assignment I made a wristband with trash bag strings for the band and a dollar bill made into a ring connected to it.
For my futurism project I pick quantum computing. The reason behind quantum computing is to use quantum mechanics to solve problems that are way above our ability to understand. This will help grow the economy to become better and more advanced.

For my cubism project I had a lot of fun making it. Being able to draw random shapes and make it how you want to makes the assignment more enjoyable.
For my Fauvism portrait, I chose my friend, Gabe. I chose to go with orange and yellow because he is a very social and outgoing person. I chose green for his love of nature and blue for his ability to be honest and open with himself and with others.
Impressionism Assignment, I chose this moment because this was the reason I got big into basketball and my favorite player Carmelo Anthony. This shot was within the last seconds of the game where they were down by three and he hit the shot to tie the game where they ended up winning. This shot stuck with me and made me fall in love with basketball.
For my midterm project I chose Jocelyn Wildenstein who went through many plastic surgeries in order to look like a cat as much as possible. She was called “catwoman” due to her uncanny appearance and ended up becoming really famous because of this. I chose this for my pop culture moment because many people now get plastic surgery to look like an entirely different person. Some people get more apparent ones than others but they all do it to help boost their self confidence and to be more attractive or to look younger.
For my 3rd assignment I chose to pick from two of my classmates that used nature in their artwork. I used nature as the background as well as a dress just like one of the artworks I chose. I thought that using flowers as the dress added a lot of character. Also, nature makes for a good background because of all the vibrant colors.
I chose the color combination of Blue (cool-toned) and orange (warm-toned). The outfits consist of a bunch of different legos from a Lego magazine. I tried to keep the Mario and Marvel theme throughout.
I like the colors you used as well as using the legos to make it look like an outfit.
I choose blue and orange as my complimentary color combination, blue is my favorite color which is why i chose this combination. For my outfit I wanted to use many random things that stuck out to me when flipping through pages of the magazines. I wanted each item to be a different size and structure to add to my creativity. The background are examples of different ideas that came to my head after I chose my color combo, the first thing that came to my head I put down. I think that my background compliments my outfit, but also allows you to admire the structures in the background.

For assignment #2 I used red and green for my complimentary colors. For my outfit I created a normal everyday outfit. I used a dorito bag and the v from the Voice to create the t-shirt. The pants were made from a jacket someone was wearing in a magazine and the head was from a picture of Will Ferrell courtside at a Lakers game.
For my first assignment I decided to go with the album “eternal atake” by lil uzi vert. The album style is based in space so I decided to keep that art style by adding a planet and shooting star. The album also has a persons head be the main focal point which I kept and made as Micheal Strahan. I also added a fun spin by adding the polar bear and the crown to Micheal Stephan’s head. A song from this album that I like is Myron the song is very upbeat.
