Hi guys, so funny thing actually-

I've got an IBS flare-up atm so I've been stuck in bed the last few days, and my GCSEs are coming up so I haven't been able to do much in the way of art (plus Z-A's been SO fun), but I finally got something done, and it's physical today ^^

Ok so we have 4 doodles so far ^^

The 1st was a chibi character study for Dolly, I gave her a new ahoge in the shape of a sickle (yk, cuz she's Russian)

The 2nd is Browt as Terrence from the original Angry Birds, I think I'm picking Browt for gen 10 when that comes out in 2027 ^^

Then I drew my J plushie :D

I'm pretty V.E.H.E.M.E.N.T that this is Dolly's new canon design, me and @starulzyx came up with this sick ass cyber axe design that I slightly tweaked >:D

And ofc what's an Outerdrones character without some heavy levels of aura, so I thought Chara getting up right before the V.E.H.E.M.E.N.T fight from the Great Time Trio fangame just had so much of it

Also pretty pleased /w it considering that I'm currently usually in too much stomach pain to even sit up so I had to do the full thing lying down ^^

And ofc I had to listen to V.E.H.E.M.E.N.T while drawing this too, that shit fuckin slaps ^^

Soo.. idk if you take requests, and you just did that gorgeous doodle of L, but I was wondering if you could draw a couple of my favourite V moments, but with Outer! V?

(Ik I haven't drawn em yet, but her prom outfit's the same as classic V's, but dark blue)

(Camper outfit's pretty similar to classic V's, but I'm thinking it's tan, same colour as classic N's?)

my requests for full renders aren’t open, but since ur my moot, I went ahead and did a quick pilot sketch ^^ —>

the references were a bit unclear because I forgot which design you officially went with + some colors, and I didn’t do the tattoos since they were on the difficult side. If that’s okay with you lol

then this was supposed to the promening sketch, but I thought it was a lil ugly so I just wanted to put in the guideline doodle —>

hey, guys? Let’s stop bombing this murder drones shirt with bad reviews on hot topic. It’s not AI generated. (More under cut, please read if you’re a murder drones fan! ^_^)

I’ll preface this with the fact I don’t like fandom drama, but the topic I want to discuss is very important to me personally, and I love every single artist who works for Glitch. You guys are the coolest, most talented people ever. Seriously.

The artist who created the print for this shirt made a few small changes to N’s and Cyn’s designs— like changing the direction of N’s bangs, giving him 4 head eyes, and drawing Cyn with a little nose— and this is leading a lot of reviewers to believe it’s ai generated.

I understand being scared to see your favorite media being sold as ai content— it’s not like I’m not also paranoid— but it only hurts real artists more if you don’t do any research before accusing them of using ai. The artist posted on social media about their process creating the art— I don’t know where it is, so if someone could reblog with the link, that would be awesome sauce. And to reassure you more, here’s an official Glitch post, where they condemned the use of ai and promised that they will never use ai in the creation of their shows:

The thing is, also, that there have been lots of other design inaccuracies with murder drones merchandise in the past, and I think that’s great because it implies tolerance for more relaxed, accessible depictions of the designs, without worrying about depicting the characters detail for detail. Take, for example, the murder drones poster, where N has only 3 head eyes. That does not mean it’s ai. It means that the artist made a very small design choice, and that’s perfectly acceptable.

The war against ai is going to be rocky and messy as fuck. The entire premise is that it’s damn near impossible to tell what’s ai and what’s not. And I’ll never fault anyone for being defensive of their blorbos when ai generated content is on the rise. What I’m saying is, just like we need to be analytical to tell what is ai, we also need to be analyzing carefully before we accuse something of being ai when it isn’t. We can’t let them win like that. We can’t let them turn artists against each other from the inside out.
