Tell the believing men to reduce [some] of their vision and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do. (Qur’an: Surah An-Noor, Ch. 24, Ayah/ verse 30)
The beauty and the wisdom behind the ayah/verse of hijab from Surah An-Noor cannot be easily overlooked. We are well aware of the fact that our moral code is being hollowed out by the immoral practices being deliberately spread in our society. When we read this ayah/verse that commands the believing men to maintain hijab, we see a commandment which if implemented will provide a strong moral base for our society.
