Hi, I’m Aki and I created this side blog to post about law of assumption/reality shifting related topics
I’ve known about shifting and the law of assumption for three years and I’ve shifted multiple times
I’m learning German, Spanish, and Japanese so some of my posts may be in one of those languages for practice purposes
My main DRs: waiting room, better main reality, and my Iceland DR
My favorite artists/bands: Ken Ashcorp, And One, Mitski, Jreg, MSI, and Lana Del Rey
(This is based off of how much I like their music and not on whether they are a good person/people or not)
My birthday is 1/8 (month/day) and I’m 🇺🇸/🇨🇦
I am a diagnosed level 1 autistic with general anxiety disorder and suspected depression (I put this here to explain any odd behaviors I might exhibit)
I am a subliminal user and I am neutral/positive leaning about the underground subliminal community
Ask for main if you want to know it

It's most likely that you have answered this before but I haven't been able to find it. Would you mind sharing your method? :-) I'm interested in seeing how different people shift!
I don't mind at all!
I always refer to my method as ''Zooming in,'' or sometimes, just the feeling of rushing. But I'm not even sure if I can really call it a method.
The idea of it is pretty much that I imagine (not visualise, I can't visualise) the place I want to shift to in front of me. Usually with my eyes closed. And I imagine the feeling of it rushing towards me or me zooming in on it. Pretty much it comes closer and closer until the surroundings merge with the place I'm in right now, and I become my drself. Which then ultimately leads to me shifting!
It used to take me a few minutes, and I'd just keep imagining the feeling until I shifted. But by now it happens so quickly that it might take me 2-7 seconds. It almost feels more like teleporting at this point!
I really like shifting this way because it's easy, quick, can be done anywhere, and it's easy to repeat or restart the 'method' if I don't feel like it's working.
But I have shifted in many ways, and I think by now this is more routine or something I'm used to, rather than absolutely something that (for me) works better than other ways!💚
normalise referring to ur "cr/or" as ur "pr" (previous reality) and referring to your dr as ur cr instead, bc if were following law of assumption....youre already there. So technically, ur dr is ur cr lol. hope this made sense
Okay, so I just realized something. I’ve been constantly searching for the “perfect” belief, affirmation, tumblr post, etc that will take all my anxieties about shifting away. I’ve been searching for something that will make me go “ahh yes, this is it. I fully understand it now.” But I think that’s been holding me back. I don’t think there will be anything like that, and I realize now that it isn’t necessary. I can still shift even if I don’t fully understand shifting, even if I’m full of anxiety.
There won’t be a perfect moment, a cinematic spectacle when I shift, it’ll be just like any other moment in life for me, and that’s okay!
Struggling to understand how you just shift your awareness?
Just seen this vid on tik tok and I love the sort of explanation they used.
Because it really is that simple.
All I ask you to do is to put your hand out in front of you. Put your focus onto it.
Then, I want you to move your focus over to what's behind your hand.
Bingo. You've already done it.
You've just shifted your awareness.
Shifting is the same concept. You are becoming aware of something that already exists. Even if it's not right in front if you that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Just right now, your focusing on here.
Focus on your dr just as you focused on the surrounds behind you're hand. It really is THAT simple.
This popped up on my fyp from ennyshifts on tik tok 😊 looks like she has a tumblr too and i'd def check it out she's very well spoken.
it's finals season for me, which naturally means i'm doing everything but studying. so, today, when i was taking a study break, i was suddenly struck by an idea: what if i just hypnotized myself to shift? if it works in movies, it might as well work in real life!
i pulled up a hypnosis spiral video, muted it, put on my noise canceling headphones, and just watched it. for 30 minutes, i sat there and did nothing but watch the spiral on my screen, sometimes crossing my eyes, sometimes spacing out, sometimes really focusing on the center, and through it all, i just kept doing shifting robotic affirmations, like "i can shift on command," "i trust in my ability to shift," "i am a master shifter," etc.
the first 15 minutes honestly just flew by as i kept affirming, i thought it'd been at most 5 minutes, but when i checked, triple that time had already passed. around that mark, i started to get really bored, so i just doubled down on my affirmations, still watching my screen ceaselessly.
around 5 minutes later (20 minutes into just watching the hypnosis video on my screen in silence), my brain began to feel muffled? i don't even know how else to describe it, it just sort of began to feel uncomfortable, and then it went really quiet, and all i could hear were my affirmations in my head.
when those 30 minutes were up, i felt like i'd been in such a trance, i got a little bit startled, even. i'm not sure if it's because of the visual stimulus, but it was easier to completely focus on my affirmations without getting distracted or having my thoughts drift, so if you sometimes struggle with focusing on robotic affirming and you have some time to spare, i definitely recommend this! i might start doing it every night before bed when i'm already sleepy :)
this method is very simple. it's for people who don't feel like organizing a whole method or putting in a lot of effort(because you don't need to), and people who have very messy brains that are always thinking and never shut up. it's all about affirming and optionally visualizing.
step 1 : get comfy. lay down, go to bed, do it awake, eyes opened, idc. whatever position works best for you.
step 2 : start affirming. "holy shit i'm in my DR!! this is crazy i actually shifted, oh my goody goodness this is for real!!!" exactly like that, i'm not kidding literally just go crazy with it.
step 3 : Now as your affirm, start to throw in what is currently happening in your DR, you can visualise as well, but you don't have to!
if your shifting to an mha DR for example "holy moly i'm recieving my first tailored hero suit!!! holy moly i'm getting ready for training!! blah blah whatever you want"
and now just do that till you shift or whatever, you can also do this for reaching the void state or any other state you want if you so please!
this method helps me a lot as someone who has a LOT of thoughts, my own thoughts overlap sometimes and doubts, getting sidetracked, etc can be a big problem for me. this method helps a lot, if you're thoughts are loud, you just have to be louder, yknow. so yeah.
have fun shifting!
"How I became a master shifter (+ why methods aren't working for you"
Hello! I've been seeing a lot of disinformation lately, and I've noticed that some people might need help, so I wanted to chime in. I can shift whenever I want, and I see a LOT of limiting beliefs—but I understand because I was once on the other side.
Disclaimer: This is all based on my personal experience with how I became a master shifter.
You'll want to read everything—it's important.
(!!!!! This isn’t an original post of mine, I don’t remember where I found it but it’s from a deactivated acc and I don’t know if she/he’s in another acc on here!!!)
I first shifted around March 2022. I would always use methods. I would affirm, tell myself I was detached from this reality, and so on. During my very first shift, I literally affirmed all night long (if this sounds familiar, it's because I used to have another blog here, lol). You know, really complicated stuff. Then... things changed. I couldn't shift anymore. I kept using the same methods, but they didn't work!
That's when I started questioning everything about shifting and consciousness.
Why was it that I could be in another reality where things like magic exist, but then suddenly I couldn't shift anymore? Why were the methods, like lucid dreaming or the void, seemingly more powerful than the act of switching realities itself? Why, when I shifted from my Desired Reality to my Current Reality, all I needed to do think of my CR to shift back—but it didn't work the other way around?
None of it made sense! And I'm sure many others have asked themselves these same questions.
I came up with two theories:
1. This reality has something unique compared to the infinite other realities. To shift from here, you need something extra, like a method.
2. There's something else at play, something unrelated to the realities themselves.
I dismissed the first option.
There's nothing inherently special about this reality. So why do we use methods here but not in our DRs?
Then, I thought back to how l used to shift... detaching from my body, affirming until I shifted. It all aligned with my subconscious beliefs. The method didn't work because that's how shifting works, but because it made sense to my subconscious. Of course I would shift if I did these things—because that's what I believed shifting required.
Well... kind of. As I said, it made sense because it aligned with my beliefs. So when the method failed, I wasn't letting myself shift.
Did you catch that? I didn't It myself shift. Of course, it wasn't the method. At what point do you actually shift? Is it when you affirm? Do you really think the universe is just waiting for you to say the right thing cnough cimes before it switches
No. It's you.
So, you have two choices:
1. Find a method that truly aligns with your beliefs, or
2. Change your subconscious beliefs.
Changing your beliefs might seem hard, but I'm going to explain why it's not as difficult as it feels.
All your life, you've had certain beliefs, but those beliefs came from somewhere. You weren't born thinking you need methods to shift—it's something that developed over time. Which means it's not set in stone. It can be changed.
I realized that every reality holds the same weight. There's NOTHING you can do in this one—no intrusive thoughts or negative emotions—that can stop you. Why? Because those thoughts and emotions are products of this reality. Shifting is simply changing what you're aware of. That's literally it. Anything outside of that can't stop you.
Yes, we've all seen those posts saying things like, "Oh, you're not focused enough" or "You spend too much time on X, Y, Z" or even "You don't go outside enough" (I legit read this on here—y'all are wildin'). Are you in your DR thinking "Oh, I thought about failing to shift, it means I won't :(*? Of course you aren't! But nothing can stop you from shifting. Nothing can stop you from being aware that you are a master shifter.
"So, how do you become aware of that?
I started affirming throughout the day. I would tell myself these things:
• I'm pure consciousness. I create my reality, and everything around me is just what I choose to perceive.
• I'm a master shifter. I don't need methods. All I need to do is choose to shift, think of my DR, and it happens.
• Nothing in the 3D can stop me from shifting, because I'm in the 4D and pure consciousness."
I told myself these things constantly, and I truly understood what I was affirming. What being pure consciousness and being a master shifter actually meant. I stopped using methods. I stopped acting like this reality was special compared to the ones I wanted to be in. And then... it happened.
I shifted. During the day. I simply thought of my DR, told myself, I want to shift, and there I was—in my DR. It happened because, as I said, my subconscious beliefs changed and then manifested in my reality. The same way they did when I believed I needed methods.
Naturally, I stopped using methods. I stopped trying to shift. I no longer thought, Okay, tonight I'm going to shift, and I'm going to use X method.
Because that's not how you think or act when you're a master shifter. I let go—why would I bother using a method before sleeping when I could just stand up, think about my DR, and be there? Why would I bother doing a method before falling asleep when I knew I'm a master shifter?
I allowed myself to shift. It was me! When people ask, What method did you use? What did you do to shift? — do you really, truly believe it's the method that makes you shift? Of course you do, because you live in a reality that seems logical, and you apply that logic to shifting.
But shifting isn't logical! It just happens! I have no idea why—it's literally just magic to me—but that's how it works.
So, you need to understand:
You make it happen. That's a good thing, right? It means you don't need methods, and you don't need to keep searching for "the key.”
"Anyway, I hope this helps someone. (Also yes, before you tell me, I know this is basically Law Of Assumption. But I wanted to explain it in more of shifting terms)
(Also if someone wants to post this to another social you have my permission—especially reddit since I was active in that community but I deleted my ace lol)"
⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ 𓂃 you’re trying to feel your dr with your cr senses
⠀a lengthy shifting guide
why is it so hard to shift from your cr to your dr but not so much vice versa? you’ve spent the first large chunk of your life believing this reality to be the full extent and foundation of existence. even if you now logically understand this not to be the case, the years spent curating and deepening a mental, emotional, and physical anchor to this reality has warped your perception of reality and instilled in to you the subconscious idea that your cr is the default. and in treating it as the default, the end all be all, and in compromising with it, you reinforce the idea that you are attached or stuck here—that it is even a place to get stuck in in the first place. not only do you trap yourself in this reality and grant it power over you that it does not actually have, you start viewing your cr as the “starting point” too, and shifting as some form of transportation from point A to point B. accompanying this belief is an imagined distance created between your current reality and desired reality. you might’ve already recognised this in yourself; the feeling that your dr is somehow faraway, a place that needs to be travelled to.
it’s important to make and internalise the distinction between a shift in realities as an act of metaphysical travel, and a shift in realities as a shift in focus. imo the former is a much better descriptor for what shifting actually is in essence. i will go into more depth later, but a byproduct of being raised the way you were, growing up knowing nothing but your cr and rooting & centring yourself wholly (confined) within it, is the over identification you end up developing with your cr self. you are not living reality, you are watching it. but after years of the constant unbroken immersion, the two become almost impossible to distinguish. you define yourself by and take on as if they were your own the thoughts and identity and feelings of the “vessel” you are observing, and let them dictate how you experience reality. the lines begin to blur between you; your cr self, and you; your awareness/the observer.
feel your hand. don’t touch it, but notice it’s weight and temperature, or the air around it. now feel the feeler. can you feel yourself? or your body, maybe? now go a step further and feel the one feeling. you probably aren’t fully able to, but this is the observer. “the observer”, or the state of being after breaking the immersion, is you in your natural or purest state. it has also been described as pure awareness, the void state, ego death, sakshi, the self, anatta, and interpreted in different ways across a multitude of different religions and branches of spirituality & philosophy, all used as a means to an end for different things. fyi—i’m not saying you have to completely forsake your cr identity or start ignoring/dismissing your senses or thoughts to shift, just understand that those things don’t define you or your reality. the means to the end here is just getting a point across and hopefully helping improve with the approach you take to shifting. all of this to say, you’re not travelling from point A to point B. point A and B are not places you can (technically) even travel to or exist in, because you’re just watching/observing/being aware of. shifting is not the transportation of a self from one location to another. shifting is simply changing what is focused on/experienced; from one stream of experience to another. a shift in focus.
to summarise, you as in your ego, the you in this cr as you know it, your body, your brain, your thoughts, your identity, don’t actually go or shift anywhere. you, your awareness, in favour of perceiving you, your cr self, the one sat at your computer or phone or whatever reading this right now, starts perceiving a different you/ego/self—one that could have the exact same personality, memories, and thoughts, just in another realty, or one that is a different person entirely. there is only a change or “shift” for the observer, not the cr self or ego. so stop trying to feel your dr with your cr senses. you’re not going to. you’re so immersed in your cr and cr self that you automatically rely on this reality’s bodies’ senses to gauge your success when you try to shift, waiting for your cr self to get a cue that it’s never going to get. the surroundings your cr self feels aren’t going to go anywhere. nor are your senses going to shut off. your cr body will continue to receive sensory information, because that’s what bodies do. so don’t lie there expecting your bedsheets to disappear or magically warp into your dr surroundings or something and feel like you’ve failed when they don’t. shifting is not about somehow willing your surroundings to change or lying in your room forcefully convincing yourself that your senses are feeling something else, it’s about acknowledging what’s beyond those senses. feeling and connecting to what your dr self feels.
if you can still feel your cr, it’s not you feeling it, it’s your cr self. and you are not your cr self.
you can apply this to your thoughts too. your thoughts are no less your cr self’s than your senses are. if you start getting doubts mid attempt or can’t let go of the thought or feeling that you’re not in your dr, remind yourself that you are not your feelings or thoughts or doubts. you are simply observing them. of course your cr self will think that they’re still in their cr, they are. just ignore them and shift your attention elsewhere. your focus and awareness are what dictate what you experience, if you relinquish your focus from your cr and direct it to your dr instead, that’s where you’ll “be”.
obviously there’s no one set way to shift, so if you want you can stop reading here and apply this information to your shifting journey in whatever way suits you. if you’re interested in my method though, here’s the compilation of all this info into practical steps you can actually take to shift.
get comfortable somewhere you won’t be disturbed. close your eyes and focus on what you can see. the light behind your eyelids, shapes, colours, whatever. but instead of automatically interpreting these sensations as belonging to your cr, allow them to become sensory input from your dr. light? that’s coming from the lamp by the xyz in your dr bedroom. or maybe your in a field if that’s a fitting setting for your dr, and it’s the sun shining down on you. shapes? that’s because you’ve been lying down with your eyes closed for a while now, you’re tired after your classes or job or whatever you do in your dr. even if it’s nothing at all, let it be your drs nothing. just feel it. do this for about a minute.
then move onto your body. whether it’s sinking, lightness, tingling, focus on it. and do the exact same as you did for the previous step, interpret it as input coming from your dr. don’t worry if you can still feel your body lying in your bed, because your surroundings aren’t going to change—at least not physically. again, those sensations belong to your cr self, and they don’t prevent awareness from directing itself elsewhere. the goal here is to shift your focus away from them and onto something else, so hyperfocusing on your cr and worrying about your surroundings is counterintuitive. just gently guide your attention back to your dr, really try feel your dr surroundings and what your dr body is currently feeling. if you can’t fully avert your focus away from your cr, that’s fine, at the very least just try receive/tap into the input coming from your dr alongside your cr.
finally focus on what you can hear. if you’ve already managed to make a connection with your dr through your sight and physical senses just build up on what you’ve already got. feel grass tickling your skin? deepen the connection there by focusing on the sound now too, the wind blowing through it. see light behind your eyes? focus on the hum of the lights.
repeat these exercises over and over, deepening the connection with each cycle. if you don’t manage to get anything the first cycle just keep going until you do. it might take some practice. like i mentioned before, after spending so much time here and being in constant attunement with your cr self, the sense that your cr is the default starts to take root and it can be difficult to shake the feeling that you’re just indefinitely “here”. it’s normal for it to take some time to learn how to question this feeling and push past it. since you've never (technically?) been aware of anything outside of this reality, learning how to do so can be a bit like learning how to use a muscle you've never used before.
this method operates on the idea that reality is something that is tuned into through focus & narrowed awareness and not something metaphysically travelled across, so for the most success with it, i’d recommend starting to make a conscious effort to see your dr less like a place and more like a wavelength or channel, a perspective already existing beyond your current focus. shifting to your dr then becomes an effort to notice and receive input from this channel/wavelength, input that already exists out there and that simply needs to be acknowledged. you’re just picking up on what’s already there, feeling something that a version of you already feels.
persist in the belief that reality is observed and flexible. you’re not "stuck" anywhere unless you believe you are.
I was inspired by a few posts I had seen over the years about people shifting with their eyes open/by blinking. So I decided to make a subliminal with this concept.
I made it using very extreme language. "Reality melting, breaking and bending right before my eyes." Or "I shift so fast it scares me." Guess what? It did scare me. So be careful what you wish for.
I edited a video along with it to kind of show myself the process of shifting with every blink because I can't visualise or see things in my head at all. I'm a beginner at editing so the first one ended up looking kind of bad. I decided to try again the next day.
I ended up re-hashing the subliminal as well and adding more affirmations. Then, as I was editing the newer version of the video, I took a break and shifted. I wasn't even wearing headphones while editing so the fact that it still worked is kind of crazy to me.
I actually didn't think it would work so fast and so... crazily? I was talking to my mom while eating dinner and I blinked and I was in a whole different place, I panicked SO HARD and came back the next blink. I was back in front of my mom and she saw my mouth wide open in shock and asked what was wrong.
I think I shifted to my Frieren Reality. I haven't even tried to shift there before. I saw a column in front of me and the sun shining behind it. I was in my Palace since I am an Empress in that DR.
It felt and looked more real than this reality. Probably because I have perfect vision there which I don't have here, even my glasses (which I always neglect to wear) don't make my vision as clear as it was there.
I used to think that it would be so cool to shift extremely fast but boy was I scared when it actually happened. It's actually so jarring. I'm still shaking and my heart is beating so fast even an hour afterwards.
I actually can't gatekeep this so I am gonna link it here for anyone who wants to use it. Please don't mind my choppy editing. Also I added my s/o and some of my realities in the video because I thought that I would be the only one watching it so I am kind of embarrassed to be adding it here but the subliminal is too good to hide.
i cracked the code. oh my god. i’m literally typing this at like 1am pls!!
i can’t even count how many times i’ve given in to the small moments of comfort from this reality, making me procrastinate shifting. not by choice, but subconsciously. because whether it’s something that is going to happen in the next few days, weeks, or even months (!!) i always find myself prioritizing those over shifting to my new reality. even if they’re the smallest things ever.
such as watching this new animated stranger things show next week. because somehow, my ego wants me to stay for another week to watch that. no bitch! that shit is happening in my new reality as well. and i’m not lying when i say that the idea of solving my sudoku almost sounded more appealing than being in my new reality… get out…….
my point is. whenever i prioritize these small moments, it’s only because my ego wants me to stay in the comfort of this reality. not because my life is cupcakes and rainbows, but because it’s familiar. it’s like my ego whispers “don’t you want to experience this.. it sounds pretty nice, right.. you can wait a little bit longer..” even if staying here isn’t something i want.
so that’s exactly what i’m going to remind myself, that this feeling of comfort isn’t coming from me. i simply shouldn’t fall for it, because it’s a trap by my ego. if i keep listening to it, i will honestly be here forever lol, because there will always be moments in my life here that are going to sound appealing, but that doesn’t make my new reality less important. ‹𝟹
if shifting is so easy and you can shift doing anything, why haven’t I and lots of other people not shifted yet?
I genuinely don’t understand it, and i’m hoping you can explain why.
Hello!
You HAVE shifted, and you shift literally all the time. You've absolutely manifested things before, right? Thought about something and someone brings it up a minute later, or you see it online? Craved a food that you are suddenly getting not even a day or two later? Got a grade or job you thought there was no way you did enough for?
You shift all the time, throughout your entire life, no matter what, no matter when. It's the way being aware and existing in general works.
But you do deal with a human brain in this little experience here, with human beliefs, and a human society that taught you a ton of things.
Humans in general are (no offense) quite close minded, and often need strong proof to be able to believe things.
Which brings us back to shifting. It is easy, it always will be. But for a lot of people, getting out of their conditioned mindsets, and actually accepting that this is something they can achieve and do, is harder.
I think a lot of humans also deal with victim mindsets. Where they enter this vicious cycle of feeling like they can't do it and everything is against them, which then ends up being reflected in their reality.
Shifting really isn't something difficult, but it can be a journey to accept that it isn't, and it's okay if that takes some time! Trust me, compared to eternity, 5 years is nothing💚
