I was thinking about the hojo siblings and I remembered something

Sophie transferred into paprika academy at some point after elementary school right. And this was back during gloria's anti-pripara agenda.

Idk how transferring processes work in japan but I imagine gloria had to meet with sophie's guardian to get her settled into the school. And cosmo is her guardian. The very same cosmo hojo who's renowned as the one and only designer for pripara brands and coords 👀

So I was wondering how that went for gloria and now I bet their meeting(s) went something like this:

Cuz gloria can smell pritickets from a mile away and has her pripara allergies and cosmo definitely reeks of it 😭💀

And gloria was probably still being professional cuz they were meeting for something important + she's not gonna be outright rude to someone just for their affiliation with pripara (and she's only against her students going there). Regardless she still has those allergies so she can't do anything about the look on her face

I bet cosmo had to sit there filling out forms while having the intense gaze of ookanda gloria (heh) burning into her soul 💀

But also imagine the whiplash when cosmo sees gloria after a while and she's done a complete 180 about pripara (;￣∇￣)

There was a trend on twitter a while ago where people were drawing shion in a suit and I wanted to do it too 🔥🔥

Then i added the twins and usagi to fill empty space and now i got a whole dressing pafe canvas

I love all of solami smile's duos just as much as I love their trio 🫶🫶 The dynamic is so cute no matter which pairing it issss

Mirei and sophie seem like they aren't very close at first (since their difference in idol ranks made mirei admire her only from a distance), but you can see them subtly becoming more important to each other throughout the series through their little actions and dialogue 😭❤️

It's in the way you see them spending more time and entering scenes together in season 1, or how mirei is one of the first to defend sophie (and laala) from situations they don't want to be in (like the paparazzi eps)

And when mirei was frustrated at first that sophie wasn't quite following her calculations, she took a step back and apologized for how she was acting once noticing calculations aren't everything. Which she realized shortly after they met and talked with hanana. And sophie's response was that it's ok and she wanted laala and mirei to feel more comfortable and less formal around her auuhghhhhfhfhejfhnfr

Like you'd think they would've clashed often due to how different their personalities are, but it melted my heart when that wasn't the case 😭

I genuinely have so much I could say about these 2 their friendship is so important to meee 🫶🫶 don't even get me started on season 2

This duo is so cute cuz laala being the one to help sophie break out of the confines of her life in season 1 just feels so heartwarming. I feel like a bright and positive person like laala was exactly who sophie needed to realize what she truly wanted yk

I imagine sophie wasn't close to anyone as a kid due to her illness + her status as an idol. The way people admired her felt like they put her on a pedestal, and having the royal guard keep people away made it harder for her to make friends yk. When thinking about it like that laala was probably the first true friend sophie had (followed by mirei)

Also laala's admiration for sophie is so strong that their gap in idol ranks didn't stop her from wanting to perform together. AND sophie's fancy mode was never even something she considered an issue to begin with. Which was one of sophie's biggest worries

And after solami smile forms it's so nice watching sophie be able to genuinely relax and be herself cuz laala and mirei were able to help her get to that point. I'm gonna cry (;つД｀)

And then there's the very first duo that I ALSO have many things to say about

Cuz wdym at the very beginning of the series when mirei met laala, she was willing to put aside her calculations and bet on the very tiny chances of laala coming back to perform with her because they made a PROMISE. This is the very same mirei who strictly followed her calculations up to that point because it carried her so far. She believed she didn't needed to rely on anything else until meeting laala. LIKE??

And then the way laala was performing by herself to get her rank up so they could compete in that one competition together against sophie, but when she saw mirei the FIRST thing she did was hug her and tell her that she loved performing together more than doing it solo (and that it would be so fun with sophie too)

Little side thing here but the way mirei is so fond of laala makes it feel like she views her as a little sister and that's enough to brighten my whole day actually

Oh solami smile words cannot express just how much you mean to me ヽ(*´＾｀)ﾉ I could talk about them for hours
