Sometimes you hear a phrase that’s just so good, it needs to be preserved. This one by Parental Crafting Deity stuck with me, and I felt it deserved some celebration. I had already thrown together a quick one, reusing assets from a Bitsy game I had made some time ago, but I wanted to do something better. I let it sit for a few months, then finally got the spark and managed to do this. I encourage you to go wild with this one: do you have small mismatched buttons that you love but have no idea what to use for? Use them in place of the stitched ones! Variegated thread? Yes! Fill the small bottles with beads, use twine or fancy thread for the label… use that stash!
The pattern is here. (google drive link)

You Made It! stitched and designed by Plaant. Pattern available here.
“it’s supposed to be kind of a death acceptance/positivity message!
when things get really tough for me, i find comfort in the image of my body decaying (a little macabre, haha) – someday me and my problems will merely be bones and dirt!
so the ‘you made it!’ is like, you did it! you lived your life, and you are now free to rest!”
The finished crochet menorah with all the candles lit!
Do you think I should add smiles to the candles or leave them as they are?
I received cross stitch supplies for Xmas, so I finally got around to my very first attempt! I decided to be a stubborn brick about it and draw my own pattern directly onto Aida cloth. The full stitches were easy enough, but I’m expectedly awful at French knots and backstitching. Anyway, here’s a space horse.
My latest cross stitch finish, a cowboy bee on 18ct opalescent aida.
Pollen ain't gonna dispense itself! 🤠🐝
Thanks everyone! I'm glad you like my little bee so much. I did not create the design, I only stitched it, and you can buy it here 😊
Ansitru’s pixelarts are always so cute and its even cuter stitched
The D&D website has a Holiday Gift Guide up right now, and the banner has knitted themes on it so I combined all of those things into one sampler! Thought I’d toss it your way for any D&D nerds (like me) to see who follow you! Submitted by a-soulless-lime

We absolutely love this. You did a lovely job translating the motifs into something way more simple to stitch. I am in awe.
For those of you who haven’t seen the gift guide, here’s the cover–
Now, we hope you don’t mind. We expanded upon your idea because copy/paste does a lot of wonders and we thought it could be slightly longer/wider.
Thank you, again, so much for the submission! And happy stitching to everyone who might be interested.
Thank you @a-soulless-lime and @shitpostsampler for the effort!
I ended up tweaking it a bit to make it fit the stocking shape, and turned it into a Xmas stocking for my significant other!
I drafted the shape following this blog post by Sew Andrew. The bit about using circles to draw the stocking is just brilliant. I also followed the instruction to assemble it.
The name on the cuff was designed with the Cross Stitch Writing Tool by Stitchpoint. The font I used is Madrid.
It looks even better on the tree!
