[Her shaker is a blur as she shakes, pours, stirs, garnishes, and serves to a customer in record time. Finally, she turns to the man still standing nervously by the door.]

He sat down on the stool creaking under his weight. Alasdair carefully placed the papers next to him on the bar, tucking them tighter so they were straight, before looking anywhere but Rell's face and the drinks behind them, while picking at his gloves, similar to, well, someone you know.

He walked off for a moment before coming back a few minutes later carrying a tray with with tea cups and a tea pot along with some pastries.

“Here we are I did find some Chamomile tea if that’s alright with you”

"That is no problem. Here,let me help."

He lifts his hands to help with the tray.

“It is alright I have this I have dealt with much more than a simple tray.”

He placed the tray down before pouring Ichiji his cup and hand him the saucer with the cup on it

"Ah. Forgive me then."

He collects his hands back,taking the saucer gracefully.

“No need I assure you it’s quite alright”

Alasdair sat down fixing his gloves before pouring his own cup

Ichiji hums while sipping his tea,their eyes sweeping through the pastries.

“You can have some I was able to bribe a chief for these”

He gestured at all the pastries most are very sweet looking and berry like

He nods and mumbles a thank you before picking up the singular strawberry pastry,predictively.

He silent for a moment before taking a sipe of his own tea.

“I feel like i have seen you before..mmm”

They blink slowly.

"Maybe you've met my siblings. I get told we look quite alike."

“Mhm…probably we have a lot of people coming through to this island different parts of the year…”

They just nod in agreement before taking a bite of the strawberry pastry,his face immediately softening into a wonky smile.

He smiled at him before taking another sip of his tea humming

“There good right? All fresh just like the queen enjoys it”

"Queen,huh."

He muses through another bite.

“Mhm…she and the king are currently out on business but the show must go on as they say”

"And you're taking care of things here?"

He carefully grabbed a Macaron before taking a bite out of it
