Related to price: My comms are expensive as i dont have a stable job, they will likely lower when im self sustained
Related to time: i am currently in schooling so comms may take a while, they may also be stunted by health and mental problems which are frequent. please dm me if i havent dmed youin a while. all delays are NOT intentional
Related to constraints: some of the extra " wont draws" like real humans are just people it makes me uncomfortable and i don't wanna accidently make anyone insecure or upset with how i may draw them

When it comes to Deltarune theorycrafting, I've noticed that a lot of people base their interpretation of Gaster on a line from the Riverperson in Undertale. This line, which they have a chance of saying if you ride on their boat to another area, is "Beware of the man who speaks in hands."
Over time, it's become clear that the man this person is talking about is Wingdings "W.D." Gaster: a skeleton who, like Sans and Papyrus, speaks (or used to speak) in his namesake font. The "hands" refer to the hand symbols that make up several letters in the Wingdings font, which was later proven with the discovery of a cryptic note written in Wingdings.
Everything else we know about Gaster comes from the "Gaster followers", a set of secret "Goner" characters who explain why information about Gaster is so elusive. Essentially, he used to be the Royal Scientist before Alphys's time, and was the one who developed the Core that powers the Underground, but he fell into the Core in an accident and his body "was scattered across time and space". It's implied that this event led to the creation of the interface that allows us - players - to control Frisk and interact with the Underground.
In Deltarune, Gaster makes his return in the form of a kindly, glowing voice that helps us gain access to the titular world. Yet, aside from that, there really isn't much to know about this character - why he's here, what his intentions are, and if this is even the same Gaster as from Undertale, or an alternate-reality version like the rest of the cast. With that general lack of information, a lot of people have turned to Undertale for answers, and become very suspicious of "the man who speaks in hands".
This has led to some pretty creative speculation about Gaster. Lots of words thrown about suggesting that he's secretly evil, or even going to be the final antagonist of the game. Personally, though, I don't think there's any real basis for such speculation, for one reason that seems surprisingly easy to overlook:
"Beware of the man who speaks in hands" is a line from Undertale.
Undertale is a very different game from Deltarune. In it you play as Frisk, a human who falls into an underground full of exiled monsters who would all really like to kill a human and take their soul. If you want to stay alive, you have to beware of a lot of characters - many of whom the game warns you about outright. In fact, the only reason you become friends with Sans - the goofy, depressed skeleton that everyone loves - is because he promised Toriel he wouldn't kill you. Otherwise he could, and would, have done so.
Even setting that aside, there are a lot of reasons you might beware of a person besides "they're actually evil". You might, for example, be alarmed by Gaster's presence because it implies a "leak" of some kind in the game's boundaries. Or because his presence alludes to some potentially disturbing implications for Undertale's world. It's never actually stated that he poses a danger to you - and he doesn't. He's literally just the interface guy.
So while this line is certainly mysterious and thought-provoking, there's no solid evidence that it pertains directly to Deltarune, or for what it would mean if it did. Which means that, at least for now, there's no real reason to assume that Gaster is evil or otherwise dangerous. For all intents and purposes, he's probably exactly what he appears to be - a guy who may not be perfect, but genuinely cares and is trying to help.
