they’RE HIGH SCHOOL KIDS FLIRTING, i would agree with you if grace looked scared, or shied away from daniel, or if he seemed almost manic, and "obsessive" when he speaks to her, but i don't see those things. grace gets within close proximity to daniel every time they speak, she dishes out the insults (and smiles as she does it), never backs away from him, and even smiles after he tells her she's gorgeous. if she felt truly threatened, or uncomfortable or harassed i don't think she would act the way she does around him. instead i think she acts like a teenage girl who is a bit dumbstruck about receiving attention from a guy she thinks is a jackass
