Yup. Whoever’s moving into my old place probably has a bunch of new plates now. I’d kinda hoped I’d be a little better at moving by now, but here we are. And I’ve been warned not to walk around much for the time being. Vampire pumpkins are out and about, or so I hear.

I don’t think anyone has really perfected the art of moving. I’m pretty sure I left a good half of my wardrobe at my grandmother’s house. But at least you can buy more? Uh, right, I keep forgetting... or forcing myself to forget about that little detail.

Yikes, the whole box? That’s rough. There are a few places to eat, it’s usually a good idea to just take a walk through town and explore.

Yeah, he’s going to fine now that he’s been treated and his paw has been disinfected.

Veterinarian. I have my own clinic in town.

Oh no, not at all! I just saw one at a friend’s place and got curious about what it was. Technically true.  She said they’re quite rare, and I’d never seen a pet like that before, so I was wondering how dangerous they are to keep at home.

So they actually eat bad dreams, huh? That’s pretty amazing. How does that work? I mean, that’s pretty unique. I don’t know of anything else that feeds on bad dreams. Do you?

[pm] They’re good pets to have if you have nightmares. Just... you know, if they get hungry they tend to eat metal. 

Well... I don’t actually know. I’ve never seen it happen, I’ve just read books on them. I’d imagine the process is rather interesting. I’m sure there are other things that feed on bad dreams... I don’t know, it makes me nervous to think about though.

Uh, a few months. Not really that long.

One of my co-workers saved a cat that got caught in a tree the other day. Er– well, I guess it wouldn’t be saving it if the cat wanted to get away from people. I’ve never had a cat dangling from my hair, but I have had one sleep on my face before. And I didn’t even know it until I saw the photos.

Low level cat napping I think. Yeah? I wouldn’t reccomend it. Definitely hard on the roots. Wait - how did you not know that a cat was sleeping on your face? I would think that’s something that would be immediately known. You’re a pretty heavy sleeper, aren’t you?

[pm] Unless I forgot over night, then yeah. I know about pixies.  Well... I’m guessing away from humans.

[pm] No, not anymore venomous than a dog bite, I would think. They aren’t known to be aggressive without provocation, like if their owners are threatened. They eat bad dreams and put good ones in their place... You weren’t bitten by one were you? That’s not why your asking, is it?

That is exactly the reason I keep my hair short, animals cannot get their paws tangled in hair that isn’t there.

My point exactly. And I tend to deal with a lot of animals with particularly sharp claws not including myself.
