2018 Chrysler 300 The aging flagship returns for another performance. Chrysler’s full-size 300 has attitude to match its outsize exterior, and it continues to stand out in a stale segment that contains few other extroverted sedans. Its conspicuous styling is made even more distinct by available appearance packages and a menacing 300S trim that comes with blacked-out wheels, smoked headlamps, and a performance-tuned suspension. More into the luxe look? Limited and 300C models sport a statelier presence and a lot of chrome. Despite its multiple personalities, the 300 lineup includes no model with remarkable driving dynamics. Its interior is aging, too, even though Chrysler has layered on a thick coating of makeup in the form of modern infotainment and active safety features. The 300 is in need of a full-on redo, but for now this is Chrysler’s flagship sedan, and the old girl is sticking around for at least another year. What’s New for 2018? Chrysler has reshuffled the 300 lineup for 2018 to make it align better with the brand’s only other offering, the Pacifica minivan. Last year, the trims were Limited, 300S, 300S Alloy, 300C, and 300C Platinum. For 2018, consumers can choose among Touring, Touring L, 300S, Limited, and 300C. The new entry-level Touring model comes with a cloth interior and 17-inch wheels; a Sport Appearance package and a Chrome Appearance package are both offered as options on the Touring trim. Sporty 300S models can now be had with the Alloy package, which adds bronze-tinted 20-inch wheels and exterior trim; a premium audio system by Beats is also optional. The Limited trim gets a slight upgrade to 20-inch wheels, and both it and the upscale 300C can be had with a new mocha-colored leather interior. The 300C now comes standard with the 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 engine. Two metallic clear-coat colors are added, Green and Ocean Blue. subscribe for more : https://goo.gl/PKo6Ik otocar
2018 BMW i3s First Drive Review | Is the i mightier than the M? - Here in the United States, BMW's M division reigns supreme. Customers equate the German brand with big power, crisp handling, and melted tires. So it may come as a surprise to Americans that, globally, the lowercase letter i outsells the uppercase letter M in BMW's product portfolio. Of course, nobody is going to turn their noses up at a little extra power, not even someone who is primarily concerned with the overall efficiency of their automobile. And not even when the increase is only by 14 horsepower and 15 pound-feet, as is the case with the new BMW i3s over the standard version of BMW's little electric hatch. But a mild power increase isn't all that separates the new BMW i3s from the standard i3. There are a whole host of small improvements that make the i3s a better automobile than the original, which continues on sale without any of the power or suspension updates you'll read about in this review. There's no increase in the lithium ion battery's capacity of the i3s, which remains at 33 kWh. If you've got BMW's i Charging Station, the i3s will deliver about 90 miles of range in a little under three hours. Even if you don't have the official BMW charger, charging options abound, and you can always just plug into a standard 240-volt outlet and wait about 11 hours for a full battery. In other words, just charge it up overnight for the next day. Given the additional power, we'd imagine some of the regular-grade i3's 124 miles of maximum range will be sacrificed, but BMW hasn't yet released U.S.-specific figures for the i3s. We don't expect a massive drop in real-world range, but when you're driving electric, every little bit counts. So, you're not going to choose this new Sport model for its extended green credentials. Instead, you'll choose it for the those few extra ponies, and, more important, for changes made to its suspension, wheels, tires, and recalibrated stability control. subscribe for more : https://goo.gl/PKo6Ik otocar
