Getting the protagonist right is everything! Here is the official character turnaround for Matthew from my upcoming psychological horror pilot, Latchers. When designing him, I really wanted to capture that absolute exhaustion of trying to survive in Litchwick, while keeping his silhouette clean and manageable for our 2D animation pipeline.
