Hello welcome to my page, my name is Albert Martinez and I used to weigh 235 lbs however in 2017 through controlling my diet and being active 6 to 7 times a week I have been able to lose 41 lbs. Now I am 193 lbs and look forward to losing 20 lbs more. I weight train 3 times a week with cardio 7 times a week.
