I genuinely don't think that Hyeon Woo and Do Jun really shared the same face.

I am guessing it was more of an artistic choice, especially from the scene where Hyeon Woo was washing his hands and said, "that day I wasn't trying to wash away the scars but the face because it was Do Jun's face that stared at me".

So it's supposed to be a psychological thing or something, i guess.
