Theory for My Royal Nemesis: as suggested by the grandmother saying that Seori acted strangely previously after an accident, it is quite likely Danshim is actually a past life of Seori's rather than a completely different soul in Seori's body. And the reason why Seori suddenly recalled all of her past life memories in this life is that she, as Yoon Jihyo's double, had to act in a scene which is REALLY similar to how she died in her past life. Which basically caused her head to explode and all of her past memories to get unlocked + all her current life memories to get erased.

To add to this, I believe in her early life, Danshim was not as outspoken or aggressive as she was during her later life (right before she died). Furthet proof that Seori is indeed Danshim. Seori was even more meek, sure, and that is why her unlocking her past life memories is such a benefit. This way she will learn to be stronger before it's too late.

Additionally if this is indeed timeslip, I think it is extremely unlikely for Danshim to ever return to her original timeline cause, uh, she no longer exists in that timeline. She was poisoned and executed.
