Bendy and the Dark Revival fic.
Ink Demon x Screenwriter! Reader
Takes place sort of after the game, where reader works with Audrey, and is also her friend. Reader has always loved the Bendy cartoons, and was delighted when Archgate acquired the rights to the show when Joey Drew Studios shut down.
What reader doesn't know, is all the events Audrey had to go through during her absence from work. Not that Audrey talks about it. All that reader knows is that Audrey is back, and has a living version of the little devil darling. Which makes them super curious, but they don't know how to ask her about it.
That is, until things go horribly wrong. One day, while taking a break in Audrey's office, something happens. Audrey's on a coffee run, and something's wrong with Bendy. Suddenly..... He's not himself anymore. He's not the small, cute little version that Reader is familiar with. He's bigger. And toothier. And he can talk? Why does he sound so...... Hot?
Audrey's office isn't meant to accommodate the Ink Demon's large stature, and he's interested in this human. One who seems to adore him. And one who's..... Looking at him with more curiosity than fear? He just transformed in front of their eyes, why are they reaching out to him?
Of course, Audrey comes back from grabbing coffee, and is reasonably freaking out about all this. Using her ink powers, she manages to turn the Ink Demon back into Bendy. After frantically making sure her friend is ok, Audrey decides that now's the time to tell them the truth about disappearance from work. She recounts the story of her time in the studio, with reader listening, and Bendy doing his best to make himself as unnoticeable as possible.
Instead of being frightened, reader is intrigued. What caused the shift? Why is there a personality difference between Bendy and the Ink Demon? And what are they going to have to do to hear his voice again?
