she rolled her eyes, her lips pulling into a small smirk. “what can i say? i’m doing what i love,” she said, the snark apparent in her voice. she nodded and glanced at the clock. “you have no idea. are you looking for anything in particular?”
“Oh, I can definitely see that,” Alexa replied with a laugh, shaking her head lightly. “I’m pretty sure I can take a bit of a guess from the resting murder face i walked in on,” she chuckled. “Oh, not really. I just came in to get some snacks. But I don’t know how great your snack options are here when it comes to trying to stay kinda healthy but also treat myself, y’know? Got any recommendations?”
as soon as the text had come through, salem couldn’t hold back her excitement. truly she had been waiting for this ever since she moved here. it was a sure sign that he was coming back, something she had been writing about in her journal for some time. she looked up from her small notebook, “the way his mind works is insane.”
“The way whose mind works?” Alexa asked, looking over at the other with brows raised as Salem scribbled away in that little notebook of hers. “Is this about those texts? God, those are way more creepy that interesting. Did you actually respond?” she asked curiously.
eve had been working for four hours already, and she had seen her usual people. people who came in looking for scratch tickets, cigarettes, the cheap ass bottles of wine. they knew who she was and usually didn’t bother her. today, however, she must’ve woken up on the wrong side of the bed. every little thing irritated her, how some guy scratched himself while talking to her, the dingy fluorescent light flickering in aisle 2, she just tried to get through it by smoking a bowl and watching shitty soaps on the small tv behind the counter. but, every so often, she’d have to do her job. like right now. she looked at the person who entered and sighed. “how can i help you?”
Alexa laughed lightly at the other’s put upon sigh and she had practically drawled the words. “You seem particularly cheery today,” she commented as she stepped inside, letting the door shut behind her with that little jingle that all these stores seemed to have. “Long day?” she asked Eve, brows rising as she approached the other at the counter.
“You look lost.” Connie commented to the person wandering. Sure she didn’t grow up in Levins like many of the other townies, but she learned her way around quickly. At this point, she could draw you a map of anywhere on the back of a diner napkin (tree doodles included). “Are you looking for something in particular?”
Alexa looked up from her phone and over to the person that had called out to her. She gave a sheepish smile to the redhead and looked around then back at her. “Is it that obvious?” she asked with a little chuckle. “I’ve lived here for a year now and I still can’t seem to get all the routes down...” she commented, shaking her head at herself. “Uh, just a grocery store, honestly. I just took a different route from class than I usually do, and I can’t seem to find my way back to where i came from, nor forward to anywhere else.”
That day she had decided to walk to her favorite pizza place instead of taking a lyft since it seemed like a good day that was until it started raining. “Of fucking course.“ Cybil groaned as the rain came pouring down over her, the girl looked around trying to find somewhere dry. Since she was still a ways from the pizza place she decided to make a run for it and head toward the dries spot where she bumped into another person. “Sorry.” She said shivering as she held onto her own arms.
Alexa had just been stepping out of the gym when it had started to rain, frowning lightly as she looked out at the weather. It hadn’t seemed like it was going to rain when she had gone in hours earlier, but here it was pouring down. She was just about to turn and head back when a body collided with her own. “Oh hey, you’re fine!” Alexa said when she looked at the other, smiling before a frown took over. “Oh my god, you’re soaking!” she said, stating the obvious. “Here, I was just in the gym so I’m warm, and you look like you could definitely use it a lot more than me,” she said as she reached into her gym back to pull out a hoodie she always kept on hand. “I swear it’s not gross and sweaty or anything! It’s like a if it’s chilly out kind of one!” she assured.
[ ISABELLA GOMEZ ] — What’s that figure? Oh, it’s just ALEXA DIAS. SHE is an 19 year old STUDENT who is CIS FEMALE and lives in Levins. You know, I think in a horror movie SHE would be THE LOVABLE JOCK. They’d hate for The Director to find out SHE’S ABUSING ADDERALL TO KEEP UP IN SCHOOL. -- [ anna, 22, MST/GMT-7, she/her ]
It’s yo girl Anna back at it again, lmao. Again, hit me up on my discord or here on my blogs if ya wanna plot!
Alright, so Alexa moved to Levins for school, having gotten a full-ride scholarship to Levins Universtiy, for being a star athlete on her high school track team. She is super focused and graceful when she’s running on a track, but take the girl off of there and she’s clutzy as all hell.
She’s super accident prone and is always smacking things, dropping them, walking into it. The girl needs help.
She’s super friendly and at times kind of dorky with her humor. She’s into puns and dad jokes. She thinks they’re funny and endearing, so sue her!
Alexa can be a little talkative and rambles a lot when she’s nervous about something or around someone that’s a tad bit intimidating. But other than that she’s usually holding her own and being as nice as can be.
She’s incredibly kind and softhearted, but that doesn’t mean she’ll let you walk all over her. If push comes to shove, she will fight and stand up for herself or anyone she cares about, or even anyone that she feels is being treated unfairly.
Although she’s often open about a lot of things, she sometimes has a hard time talking about her feelings or when she’s upset. Choosing instead to ignore the situation and go for a run or train to push all thoughts from her mind.
ADDERALL ABUSE TW: Although she’s fairly smart, she’s finding it hard to keep up in school, since university is a big change from high school. She’s overwhelmed and can’t seem to keep up. She needs to keep her grades up to keep her scholarship and stay on the track team. So she started taking Adderall to help her stay up and focus. Now she can’t stop herself from using it.
i think that’s about it for now, let me know if ya wanna plot or know more!
