“Yea I guess so.” Alex spoke as he tried to stop laughing. “It also might be because I haven’t found anyone worth spending more than a night or two with.” He leaned against the stove and looked around at the empty suite, almost a mirror of his own. “What about you?”

She’d been inspecting the range and jumped slightly when he spoke so close to her. Turning, she bumped into the stove before pressing her lips together to hide a smirk. “Well, the sheer amount of women you go after is actually rather impressive. I would say that you don’t have a type, but given how many stumble into the restaurant at all hours, I think I have a good idea.” She teased. 

“Did you just call me a slut?” Alex started laughing and crossed his arms over his chest. “I call it keeping my options open.” He grinned and looked down at Sora.

“Nah, man. We can’t have that. New world, new times, new traditions. Come on! You don’t have people you want to celebrate with? Friends or family that you’re thankful for? What about the fact that you’re not on the losing side of this mayhem, huh? That’s got to be something.” Jordan was a proactive member of holiday cheer, due in large part to how much it annoyed his sister. That didn’t mean he wanted to see glum faces on the people he was meant to work with and help. The holidays always put him in a rather giving mood.
