I received my Hobonichi 2017 order! Not everything is mine I assure you. One cover is Alexander's actually! There was another but my brother took it before I could take a picture of it. What did you order (if you placed an order) from the 2017 Hobonichi store?

Creativity attacked me this morning and instead of fighting bac I obliged its wishes by making a pen roll of sorts out of a pair of old jeans. I really wish I had a sewing machine again 😩.

In recent news, Perla and I’s high school chemistry teacher is retiring this year. Because he was a such a fantastic teacher, students from other graduating years have come together and all pitched for an ultimate “little black book” for capturing all of his great finds! Of course, it’s the Midori’s Traveler’s Notebook.  On the left is my own brown leather book. Wonder Pens, a Toronto based company is a lovely store to order from! (If you’re in Canada, provided).  They included a pin for the revolution---I mean, for stationary fans---and a HAND WRITTEN POSTCARD OMG

What a Mess #2

So today I was refilling some of the pens I haven't been using at the request of my artist brother. Normally I clean my pens on my desk using various containers and syringes. Today, however, to speed up the process I did it in my washroom sink. Next thing I knew, the nib creaper's nib went down the drain, never to be seen again.

What a Mess

I am currently cleaning out pens and changing inks. However, as I was cleaning out a cartridge that still contained Diamine Ancient Copper, I forgot the bottle was open and I accidentally transferred 4ml of water into it from my syringe. Sigh.
