Been waiting a while to try #stgeorge #absinthe. Overall, the body is much rounder compared to the other two brands which were more astringent in taste (not a negative attribution.) The botanical ingredients really shined through in this. The louche is wonderfully opaque and opalescent; the most attractive ive seen. 3.5/5 stars. #bitters #spirits #absinthedoneright #nosugar
