I have been fortunate to have lost forty pounds over the past year and I am feeling better than I ever have. It takes more hard work than I ever could have imagined but it has been worth every single minute.

Pictures can't even explain a place like this. It's scary and your heart feels like it could beat right out of your chest. There's a consuming feeling of vulnerability and an overwhelming appreciation of life. You meet strangers who are scared to go farther, but you become emotionally invested in each other and push each other to overcome every little fear and it's really, really beautiful.
