“SO, I don’t know whether it’s the ganja or what but you are so goddamn attractive, I think. Like I said, it could be the weed.”
Alexa laughed slightly, smiling at the person to her right. “Thank you, but I do think it could be the weed.”
“Of course it won’t though. Mother Nature is a cruel, cruel mistress. We’ll probably get another storm soon enough.” He muttered, as he took another drag from his cigarette.
“Ugh,” Alexa groaned out softly, clenching onto her purse as the thought of another storm rung through her head. “I can’t wait until summer. It’s not supposed to be too hot this year.”
Brodie took a drag from his cigarette in blew in the direction of the wind, not wanting to disturb the people around him. “At least the weather is starting to get a little better..” He said, trying to make small talk with the person next to him.
Alexa nodded, smiling at the person to the right of her. “Yeah, I prefer not freezing my ass off. Hopefully it stays this way.” She said, shrugging and zipping her jacket up.
“That sounds like the best idea ever. Too bad I have to work tonight, but if not I would’ve probably done the same thing.”
“Usually, I either have work from school or I sleep early for a morning shoot. It’s nice to be lazy for once, ya know?”
“As if New York will ever change,” Beth snorted, “This city is run by assholes in a hurry – good customer service isn’t really our forte.”
“Sadly, very true. But the city is so big I’m sure there is great people somewhere.”
“Never seen it.”
“Are you kidding me? If you get the time, it’s a must watch. At least in my opinion.”
“Wow, another cliched twenty something year old. Who would have guessed it?” Isa said, the sarcasm dripping in her voice. “Honestly, you couldn’t pick a better movie?”
“They call it a cult classic for a reason. I never knew that someone else’s likes and interesting could upset someone this much.”
“I live for nights where I bundle up with a big blanket and watch The Breakfast Club for the millionth time. Thankfully, tonight is one of those nights.”
If you’re sad, add more lipstick and attack.

“Yes, but I don’t think I should have to pay 6 dollars for other’s mistakes…”
“That is true. 6 dollars should get your correct drink and customer service that makes your day. Someone needs to update New York on how the world works.”
“Don’t you just love it when the cafe get’s your order wrong, but you’re only allowed 20 minutes for lunch and there isn’t time to get a new drink?”
“I guess in New York you are forced to try new things no matter what.”
