I finally finished the Big Damn Piece that I've been working on :V I can't post it just yet, but I -can- work on other things guilt-free now! So this is my celebratory, back-is-hurting, post.

Another FR critter! I decided to doodle and paint this guy instead of the piece (with a deadline!) that I'm supposed to be working on...

It's mentioned in the Parda tooltip that they lay eggs, which got me thinking of monotremes of course, and then therapsids, and then thylacosmilus because Weird Cat right, and then dump some fossa in there for good measure, and they probably have thumbs right, so they can put on these rings, and and...

My original idea was "ooh, let's make some Pokemon cards out of Flight Rising familiars!". Then it turned into, "oh god, just let me finish this single one please". This took... so long. It was fun! But we'll see if any other cards follow this one lol.

Shoutout to Sourdeer's amazing Cog Frog card!! I happened across it while working on this and it gave me some much needed inspo to finish this card up!

Did you know that Shopkins had a companion line of "Shoppets", flocked toys with Animal Crossing vibes? I only discovered them recently, but they're so precious, I want them all! So far I have three.

This one is Bunny Bow! She is a rainbow cake-themed rabbit :3

Might fuck around and give my pieces actual titles?? lol. Anyway, this is based on the Lofty Castle skybox! I listened to the whole Spyro 1 soundtrack while working on this. Sooooo good :3

Called the file for this "purp.psd" because I couldn't think of a more appropriate title at the time. Went through some years-old files, only to find another file named "purp". Apparently purple speaks for itself.

A reoccurring theme: I don't really care for a certain pokemon, but come to find them endearing after drawing them. Pichu was one of those pokemon, but now I'm like... look at this baby :3

I couldn't figure out what these critters reminded of... until I remembered that funky little tree shrews exist! So this one here is based of a tree shrew with some staticky, zappy puffiness going on.
