When I'm not editing my photo's on 'Adobe Lightroom' or 'Adobe Photoshop' (on my PC), I am editing 99.9% of whatever I post from my phone. Whether it's straightening a horizon, making minor adjustments to lighting or contrast, or going full hog with borders/text/filters ect, these apps have become my favourites. It has taken me years to filter through the shit and find what I like.. And I you be thinking.. "jeez that's a fuck tonne of editing apps!"... and yeh, it's probably a bit excessive, but I can't bring myself to delete any because they all have their own individual features and I choose a different app depending on the picture and my mood. Below is a quick description of each one: Airbrush - great for selfies! Fix imperfections, whiten teeth, make yourself skinnier ect. (I generally just use this app for making whites whiter). Prisma - turns your photos into art work (uses a lot of data though). Pro HDR Camera - takes 3 photo's at a time; over exposed, normal and underexposed, and blends the 3 together so that everything in the photo is exposed correctly. It's great for sunrise/sunset photo's. Be careful with this one though as can occasionally make colours appear oversaturated. Rhonna - great for inserting text and graphics to your pictures. Absolutely incredible designs! Fotor - great range of adjustment tools and filters. Long exposure - set how long of an exposure you would like. I don't use this one too often but it's fun to experiment with. Great for taking pictures of fires, glow sticks, car lights ect. Pixlr - a nice mix of Fotor, Rhonna and Airbrush (my favourite). Boomerang - makes short videos which repeat over and over... Just to make me giggle once in a while. WMU - I have a wifi attachment for my Nikon DSLR so my phone can connect to it. This app allows me to look at my pictures on my phone, from my camera and also let's me download them to my phone as an extra back up. Great for when I'm travelling because I can then just back them up to my Dropbox account without having to lug a laptop around. If you have any other app suggestions I would love to hear from you!
