(grabs you by the shoulders) you have to make room for new experiences in your life. you have to go through the unpleasant work of leaving your comfort zone, even if just for a few minutes at a time. because if you don't, your brain will trick you into stagnation. you will start to believe that the world can barely fit you in it. but that's not true. it's the opposite way around. you can fit the whole word inside of you. your task is only this: to welcome it with open arms
Love the tags!
Absolutely. Little fun fact about me. I used to have a severe drug induced panic disorder that left me barely able to leave the house. I would push myself every day to just... do stuff. Even if it meant a lot of struggling. I'm able to drive again, I can go get groceries by myself. I can even go to doctor's appointments without full blown meltdowns. It took years but it was so worth it. You don't take for granted how much being able to function matters until you are suddenly not able to.
Friends of all shapes and sizes :))
