ā¾ photoshoot -- ainslee&alex.
Ā āI try not to let it bother me because, honestly, it didnāt hinder my ability to get work regardless of whatever it is my agent seems to think,ā Glimmer shrugged a little, smiling at Alex with something like admiration writer on her face. āYou know, itās a bit refreshing to meet a man who understands that womenās bodies are their own. That we shouldnāt have to look a specific way. Youāre a good one, Alex Boyd,ā she said happily, chuckling as he repeated her. āBut Iāll thank you anyway! Hmm.. I think you make a good point there. Bad photos sell more copies than good ones.ā
A wicked grin tugged her lips at his words and a hum slipped from her mouth, finger tapping her chin gently. āActually, itās kind of good for me consideringāwell, itās a source of pride to be able to make someone blush in the first placeābut you look quite adorable all red faced,ā she told him with a matter of fact nod. āWell, we can just share the awkwardāyeah? Iāll jabber on too much and you wonāt say anything at all. Maybe weāll even each other out at some point.ā
A nod and she was looking around again, a gentle smile tugging up the corners of her lips as she observed his workspace. Sheād heard that aĀ lot could be told about a person from that alone. āOh, no. No. I donāt mind at all! Whatever the artist sees fit,ā she beamed, turning around to him. āI like that.. that philosophy about the whole thing.ā
āPrecisely. Besides, as long as you can get work and your fans like you what difference does it make?ā Alex smiled, looking to her as she spoke before grinning a little and shrugging. āI work with people all the time and I really donāt think that someoneās weight or the way they look makes my job any harder or easier. People should be themselves and personality comes through a lot more when they are happy with themselves over being a certain way for someone else.ā He looked down for a moment before looking up at her. āA lot more people should think that way. But.. itās annoying that it works that way. People want to see other people looking bad because it makes themselves feel better.ā
He shook his head, looking down again and trying to hold in his embarrassment. āI donāt look adorable at all. I got the nickname Chameleon at school because of the fact I turn red so easily. But sharing the awkward sounds good. We can embarrass each other.ā
He watched her as she looked around, smiling to himself. āI just think itās nice to have a few different mediums to work with. Digital is easier, for me anyways. But I love working in the darkrooms..ā He grinned as she turned to look at him before jumping a little as the alarm for the food sounded. Ā āSeems like food is ready. Shall we?ā
