Do you ever think about how your dad might have gotten along with your friends and in what ways?

Usually I don't like to dwell on hypotheticals that are impossible. But this has crossed my mind a couple times.

Specifically with Chrome. Keheh. They'd hit it off immediately, I'm ten billion percent sure. Ramble on and on about science facts they think are cool, do dumb shit with the stuff in Chrome's shed just to see... It doesn't help that Chrome is always making those stupidly exaggerated faces. Sometimes I glance over at him when he's feeling determined or smug and swear I see my old man.

And I think if he had met Tsukasa before petrification, he could've prevented a war's worth of trouble.

He'd just be geeking out if he met the mentalist. Not even because he watched the TV show. Just because he's relatively famous. He did watch a couple episodes one time but I made him turn it off.

Shit. I can practically see the geezer gushing about how much Kohaku and Ruri resemble Lillian. Get that image out of my head...

So the other day I was out with one of my friends and she randomly started her period. Then Magma, in a stunning display of scientific illiteracy, asked 'why don't you just control it?'

Daily science reminder: that's not how biology works!

Menstruation is an involuntary process controlled by hormones. The body goes through a cycle where the uterine lining builds up in preparation for a possible pregnancy, and if that doesn't happen, the lining breaks down and leaves the body.

You can't just tell your organs 'hey, pause that.' If humans could manually control every biological function, we'd have solved a lot more problems by now!

Hmph. This... Is a tough question.

I'm not particularly bothered by anyone recently -- well, not enough to say it out loud. If you're a leader of any kind, you have to expect some of your crew to be irritating at some points, and you just have to roll with it. The last time I was truly annoyed was when I first met Tsukasa. We had a few conversations that let our polar opposite means to the same end shine, to say the least. But that's all behind us!! And no sense in arguing about the means if the intention is the same. Am I wrong?

Teres two clear options here,

Senku; who I killed and yet he managed to come back. but now we're on the same team so he's not as annoying anymore.

Ryusui; first person that gets revived after I'm frozen is the exact type I had wanted to never be revived. It almost feels like senku did it to spite me.
