Hello! Have you been ok? I see the posts about being separated from a boyfriend and depression, like that stuff. Are you ok? What is happening lately?

Hello anon! I’m sorry it took me so long to reply to this, I was traveling all day yesterday and had spotty service. I didn’t want to risk losing this ask halfway through replying. In short, no I haven’t been okay recently. Back in May, my verbally abusive ex left me over text message while we were both at work (which, if he was abusive shouldn’t have been a problem, but we both work together and it being over text bothered me.). He wanted to remain friends, which I agreed to, but he kept acting as though we were still together without the title, which struck a chord with me. On top of all of that, there has been a ton of drama at work that I am stuck in the middle of (I only work there for two more weeks before I go back to school, one of them this week that I’m on vacation, so I don’t get why they want to start stuff now). So, back to the boy. I cut him off completely for a couple weeks so he would quit yelling at me while we were at work and stop making petty fights with me, and that worked but now that me and him are talking again, he likes to make petty fights, so I’m hoping this vacation away from him makes him realize that I’m about to disappear for a long time and he’s gonna completely lose me. So all of that has happened recently, and my depression and anxiety have been getting progressively worse, to the point where I’m having multiple panic attacks a day. I’m hoping that this vacation and going back to school in a few weeks helps. And if not, I’m going to make an appointment with my doctor when I get home. Sorry, this has been a really long and sad reply.
