In the left picture I was 178 pounds.(May 2015) On the right is me today at 148 pounds.(August 2015) I accomplished this in 3 months. I count my calories now and eat fruits and vegetables every day. I also work out 6 days a week. I still would like to lose 20 more pounds but I am stopping for a second to acknowledge my progress. I hope I can inspire anyone who would like to lose weight and change their lifestyle for the better.💪🏼❤️

Wow so amazing! What work outs do you do? I can’t get to a gym but if you have any tips regarding exercise or calories I’d be grateful x
