Photos if Axl Was Your Boyfriend
A/N: Making this was just so cute and wholesome to me, so I hope you Axl fans will enjoy this one! This was inspired by a twitter post of this concept being done w/ George Harrison.
You and Axl were unboxing stuff stowed away in your attic when he discovered an old camera of yours.
“Hey, look over here,” he called out, facing the camera towards you.
You only chuckled as you intercepted his photo with one of your own.
Sleepy and a bit inebriated, you captured this photo of Axl after a long night of making love.
“Babe, c’mere and cuddle me,” he mumbled, his voice hoarse and exhausted.
“You’re just too cute,” you murmured, capturing the photo.
He only giggled in adoration.
On the first days of moving in with Axl, you two were playful and youthful, always finding amusement in the silliest things. This was one of your favorite eccentric photos.
“Say cheese!” You yelled out, barging into the bathroom.
“Hey!” Axl hastily covered his crotch, rolling his eyes with amusement.
“That isn’t the word cheese!”
“Fine, cheese,” he groaned before giving you the cheesiest smile.
You captured this photo after dragging Axl along with you to an antique store. As you can see, he wasn’t too thrilled and opted to sit down and wait while you surveyed all the vintage items.
“Awh, smile, this is an important moment!” You whined, angling your camera.
This photo was taken as Axl waited to pick you up from work. Looking iconic and totally showing off, this Axl moment was worth snapping a photo of.
“Is that your boyfriend?” Your coworker had asked you, leaning against the counter and raising a brow, noticeably impressed.
You smirked as Axl puffed his cigarette, waving you over before letting his hand rest over the door.
“Yup, he’s all mine,” you told, angling your camera.
You and Axl got sorta drunk after hanging out together, resulting in an evening of fun games, including prank calling people from nearby business.
“Hello sir, I think I missed my train and I’d like to book another ticket,” Axl had told the Subway Fast Food place worker, his tone full of concern.
You snickered uncontrollably, hearing the man on the other line hysterically explaining that they only make sandwiches.
“No, no, you can’t opt out of refunding a regular subway passenger’s ticket,” Axl complained.
You wheezes as you captured a photo of the moment, knowing you two would be laughing at it for a while.
You can guess where this photo was taken and in what situation ;)
“Your camera is gonna get we—” Axl chastised you before you took the picture, snickering at the expression on his face.
Stoned and evidently bored, you captured this photo of Axl amidst one of your visits to Lafayette. His mother had coaxed him into helping her bake bread rolls, which you found all too amusing considering his state of mind.
“Smile!” You told the two, Sharon abiding instantly. Axl only groaned as he held the rolls up with lack of amusement.
One of your personal favorites— you’d returned home from your shift to find Axl invested in some romcom playing on the television.
Oblivious to your presence, you took the opportunity to snap this photo, grasping him in his moment of focus and relaxation.
Years later, you and Axl are married and have been staying more discreet since the collapse of the GN’R lineup.
“Let’s go out.. like we did in the old times, remember?” Axl had proposed to take you on a date, since you two had spent plenty of time out of the public eye within the past decade.
You instantly grabbed your camera, knowing well you two can finally make new memories that didn’t consist of wallowing within your Malibu home.
Scanning the menu and sipping his cocktail, you angled your camera.
“Axl?” You grasped his attention. “Can I take a photo.. like in the old times?”
Axl smiled, opting to sip his drink as a pose for your photo.
