hey friends I know this sounds wack but I am looking for more ED/weight loss blogs to follow since I unfollowed a bunch a while ago but I am also very particular about the kind I want to follow and I can’t describe it so please just shoot some my way and I promise to look at every single one of them until I feel like I’m following enough
I am now closer to my starting weight than I am to my lowest weight so I might as well just die.
I’ve been being more conscious of what I eat this week and I’m still definitely eating way over my TDEE even though I’ve been cutting back. God I’m such a fucking fatass. I just need to keep pushing. This week is being conscious, next week maybe I can try to cut back a little. Little by little. Until I can stand eating 800 a day again. Until I’m back to my lowest weight and maybe even lower.
Please make this happen. None of my clothes fit. I’m back to wearing XL. I never wanted to be this fat again and here I am.

I haven’t eaten anything since those dumb fucking cookies at like 2 pm and it’s really not bothering me much. Hmm I think I may be able to go to sleep tonight without eating! Wish me luck!
