Update: currently training hypertrophy / things I haven’t trained for a while (exercise variations and anything other than squat/dead/bench) and trying to up my cardio endurance. Maintaining around 200lbs even though I feel like I’m stuffing my face (damn running). Hopefully I can put on some pounds while still improving at running. And maybe I’ll learn to like my body more while I’m at it.
