Well, keep in mind it wasn't my fault.
So it was like 3am on Tuesday, and Nibbles got hungry and wouldn't go back to sleep, and I ran out of the tea I use to to knock him out, so I decided I'd just go to the store and get some.
Well, when I got to the store, they didn't have the brand he likes, so I left. That's when I kind of really had to go to the bathroom, but I couldn't just use the one at the store because I didn't buy anything and that would be rude.
So I was walking on back to my house when I saw a bunch of people huddled around some type of animal holding some type of paper. So I just kindly asked if any of them knew where the bathroom was, and they were apparently surprised to see me there, and the one chanting dropped his paper into the pulsing blue fire.
Then there was a large explosion and I think I passed out....
I just woke up an hour ago with a killer headache and I think my blood might be green...
So did I miss anything while I was out?
Long story short: DO NOT accidentally interrupted a cult's annual sacrifice. I just wanted to find a bathroom...

The past few months have been rather…complicated, as well as busy. Recently however I have started to make the aquaintance of a few intriguing individuals, as well as started looking into getting a feline companion. If you don’t mind me being a bit presumptious, I think you will definintely one of those intriguing individuals.

Thank you, I am rather fond of it myself. You have happened to meet me on one of my better days, and you seem like a very pleasant person to converse with. If I can recall properly, I have been in Night Vale for the past few months. I do not interact with people much, which may explain why we had yet to cross paths.
Don't you ever get lonely? Do you have any not-people to keep you company or anything?
I consider that a rather unlikely eventuality. I could be considered not exactly the most…well-liked person here.Or in the world considering things.
