I was under the impression that expressing your worries to a loved one might ease said worry. Yet instead of the possible calmness I think I should feel , it becomes an argument of being self centered . Being berated for feelings that are difficult to control is not the result I expect . Maybe that’s on me . One of the many reasons I keep to myself. .
