nacho edged forward a tiny bit before he settled again, chin resting on his paws while he stared up at the woman. ❛ not a lot of people can, ❜ patton said with a tiny, amused grin. the question resulted in a small nod as he adjusted his grip on the corgi’s leash so he wouldn’t be able to sneak forward anymore. ❛ he’s the biggest begar I’ve ever dealt with. ❜ which was saying a lot with how many animals that he had cared for in his life.
she had just met the dog && she already seemed to be way too in love with him . she’d have to be some kind of monster to not fall in love with something so cute . ❛ i can totally see why , he’s literally SO cute . ❜ gaze flicks to the dog for a split second before attention is immediately drawn back to the male , ❛ dealt with ? wait a second , do you have more than just him ? ❜ the excitement in her voice a little more intense than she intended .
it was bound to happen , the two spawns had spent an eternity together in hell before even given the chance to prove themselves on a higher plane . it was a war between the twins , a war that everyone on earth had to be stuck with them going through with , demons didn’t ask for permission . especially demons who fighting for a chance to become a ruler in hell . eons are spent bickering , trying to prove one was better than the other , any witness could claim that they were tired of it by now . at first , it had been entertaining , but once they kicked the knotches up , it got less fun && more worrisome . did these children really deserve to rule hell after going through such a childish war ?
things don’t get easier when they finally find eachother on the mortal plane . in fact , it only seemed to get a lot worse . they were forced to move in together , due to a money situation && needing a place to stay where they didn’t have to be afraid to be themselves , but god that didn’t make it any better of an idea . being in the same house leads to massive outbursts that no one deserves to witness . their poor neighbors . the apartment is full of bickering , sometimes yelling && screaming . still trying to prove that one was better than the other , there was no way either one would dare lose this battle to someone annoying .
𝓥𝓔𝓕𝓔𝓡𝓐'𝓢 side was full of remarks to hurt her brother , already acting as if he had already won just to get under his skin && test his power . she keeps herself at a peg lower on purpose , knowing how much it taunts her brother , that she was barely trying while he was doing his hardest . or so she thought . she still dwelled in the pleasure his annoyance would give her , what fun was there to be had if she couldn’t challenge him in something they both know wouldn’t end well ? she was full of bargains , knowing how much it agitated her brother to no end . it wasn’t her fault she knew how to play this game so well .
𝓛𝓤𝓒𝓞𝓝𝓘𝓢' side struck back harsh with sarcasm to her remarks . he knew what game she was trying to play , sure he would let a temper get the best of him , but he knew how to play it off as to make sure she thought she was winning the whole thing . he’s sure he’s got her figured all out , every bargain she made was met with an offer for a gold star with a sly grin . humiliating her plans with a simple statement one would use to praise a much younger child . he was playing the game to win , not to show some weakness that could have her stick out a heel && have him topple over . he goes the route to be nice , only to smack it out of her hands when she goes to take a bite . he wasn’t sitting on the fence with this like he played off , he was determined to win the throne just as much as she was .
both sides are convinced the other could care less which only makes it drawl out longer than it ever needed to be . they were both determined to get under the skins of the other that they lost track of what the whole ordeal was about a couple of times . it wasn’t their fault ! sibling feuds are bound to do that at times . though by the end of their bickering , it’s only met with snide side comments in close hearing distance . it was a highschool hallway to the hallway of their shared bathroom .

❛ i'd wait a lifetime , just for a chance to call you mine . ❜ his words are slurred , it’s not exactly the best time to confess feelings . sitting in a bathroom at a crowded party , arm hanging over the toilet seat . he couldn’t remember the last time they hadn’t been there for him whenever he decided to go overboard , they were always there .. maybe that’s why an irrational decision surfaced tonight .
“he’s a goober.” voice is soft as the man glanced down at the dog in question. nacho, with his soft eyes and little hot dog body, seemed to be trying his hardest to seem even cuter. the object of affection? the food in the strangers hand. “don’t mind him begging, either. it’s best to just let him tire himself out.”
hearing a grown man use the same language towards his dogs that she would use towards her students was amusing . her gaze stays on the dog in question , last bit of an apple fritter in her hand is held between thumb && forefinger . ❛ aw , but who could say no to a face like that ? ❜ not that she would give some random guy’s dog human food ! she didn’t know the dog’s diet && that would be rude ! ❛ is he the designated beggar ? ❜ gaze redirecting towards the other , finally prying away from the dog .
“listen-” a finger is pointed at the other while he maintained his grip on the wine glass in his hand. the wine glass that was filled with the dark liquid of coke while the bottle sat somewhere on the floor. “I don’t care if you wanna eat alone. we’re gonna eat together and have a fucking picnic.”
the sort of ‘picnic’ that his mother used to have for him and liam when they were little which consisted or fancy glasses and blankets around the coffee table covered in the food. (ryder had gone as far as to order almost five sides to go along with the pizzas he had ordered). “it’s gonna be a bonding experience.”
beginning of a sentence is silenced upon having a finger pointed at him , rude . brows furrow at the sight , it wasn’t bad , in fact it made him feel giddy . the fact that ryder had gone through all this effort put butterflies in max’s gut . he always hated that feeling , but he could power through .. just this once . ❛ you’re a fuckin’ weirdo , you know that , right ? ❜
form is quick to relax on the floor , back slouching && shoulders hunching before posture straightens with a pop . ❛ you make us have a bonding experience , like everyday . pretty sure if this were a video game , our meter would almost be full . ❜ no malice ! genuinely enjoying himself with their little bonding experiences . ❛ your idea of a picnic is .. less traditional than what i was thinking , but you’re also a big sap && set high expectations for yourself . ❜

“you look out of it today, dude.” said as he joins his friend at lunch. it was a strange pairing to see in the lunch room, but jonas had gotten used to the looks that came from other people. walker was one of the few people in this school that actually liked having him around, so he could deal with some stupid glances, if that’s what it meant.
“everything alright?” there’s slight worry in his voice, something that almost never happens. jonas liked to go through life acting as if he didn’t care about anything. walker seemed to be the one exception. / @alienb0yz ; plotted.
spaced out hues watch behind metaphorical glass as fork tries multiple times to stab into a grape , with the moon coming to a complete cycle he felt less himself more && more . keeping distracted with lack of emotion to distract self from the inner turmoil . brows furrow upon words , but he’s quick to flash a smile ! ❛ ‘m jus’ thinkin’ ‘bout stuff , no biggie . ❜ not wanting to stress out his new friend ! sure , they’ve had lunch together for a while now , but walker was terrified to lose jonas over something so simple .
