Season 7 Lineup for the Beams!

Today marks the first day of spring, which also means it's been a whole year since I joined the dragon team! It's to date one of the best decisions I've made, so here's a comic from last year about my first day at training.

Although 2020 has meant that training hasn't happened as often, I am ever so grateful for my friends and teammates who invited me to join even though before we only ever saw each other at conventions. I'm also so thankful of the incredible support of the team towards celebrating small achievements and cheering the newbies on even when we trip or our swings suck because we're not coordinated enough.

For the longest time team sports were something I didn't think I was ever going to be good enough for, and I really think I don't have the words to ever explain how much it means for me to have been so readily accepted as part of the team. In many, many, many ways, it's changed my life for the better, and I am ever so thankful for all the people I have befriended so far.
