ty for the question!! :D in short, felix exists moreso as a concept on ted and cindys platforms. he doesnt show his face or anything like that, but people know ted has a brother, and they know cindy has a boyfriend (they dont know its the same person). the silly little fursona felix has is designed from and based around the information ted has given online, and things were pieced together from there – his hair, his scars, his love of the colour blue, etcetc
