Just now, I was on a walk. While passing a house there were two dogs barking at me, with different sounding barks. I thought it was very exiting to see such strong emotion in something, which is why I like seeing people scream or laugh loudly. When I say “exiting” I don’t mean in the happy sense of smiling and giggling, but in the unique sense I’ve come to realise only recently. The kind of excitement that’s aroused in me in small moments like that is my favourite emotion now.

Tonight I dreamt twice.

One was that I got a tiny bird which was bright turquoise and it disappeared. It made me sad to think that I could’ve prevented that.

The other was that war broke out between Japan and Korea right as I was visiting Japan for the first time in a long time, and there were bombings from Korea where many people lost their lives and needed urgent reconstructions and surgeries. Half of my grandmothers face was burned and scarred like she had two of them and I lost my eye, which was replaced with a dragonflies eye by having it pressed into my eye socket. I’d be driving down a long highway on a sunny day and see a group of people jump into the river and take their own lives because that seems preferable to living through a time like this.

I picked up playing an instrument that one of my relatives played, a large one with an echoing sound. When I heard it, the threat of war seemed to dim.

The tiny bird looked vaguely like this. It is so juvenile and innocent, which recalls a kitten whose immediate disappearance and presumable death was caused by me. I feel guilt for what happened to cats like Mini, especially at irresponsible hands like mine.

Had a dream tonight that ur at war and in some kinda pod thing in the air and smaller ship things r trying to shoot at you before you land in 5 hours and also Batman and joker r there but the joker is scary as fuck and they like fuse into one person and also the place you’re meant to land at is this very large wetland with lily pads and the sky and water are blue and it’s all that’s visible around you (very vibrant), also before i enter said pod there’s a big bridge thing that’s like orange and made of sand or dust

Ok so it’s first person view in the pod as the dream protagonist and the fucking joker appears and he’s like jacked but in a really scary fleshy alien way he’s actually terrifying and then the DP lets him approach them and fuse into one thing and then you get like a tiny piece of a human while you’re this flesh/spirit blob and the human particle renders you invulnerable somehow so the alien joker is really exited about that and it’s all profoundly alien-like

Also, the lily pad thing. I’ve had dreams of a similar environment but one is like rocky and one is jungle-y and one is like an island and one is a much bigger island and one is a much less densely packed jungle (the first one is insanely packed and also a Minecraft biome). What does this mean? Also all the environments are kinda similar to slime rancher

I want to use names with things like Ä Ç É etc for characters but I know the average American can’t pronounce Hjördis or Joakim properly to save their life. What’s with foreigners (anyone unfamiliar with whatever your language is, especially native English speakers) and thinking that diacritics just do nothing at all 😭 if you care enough you’ll look up how Ö sounds different from O instead of just rolling with it
