Thank you so much for the kind words, anon (and it doesn't sound odd at all, I really appreciate it!). But I'm so sorry to hear that you've been through a similar experience... I keep reminding myself that I've been through this before and got through it- I'll get through it again and that healing/progress isn't linear..

#personal #I just need to get this out there #I'm so tired #I've not been feeling at all like myself for the last few months #I can't find happiness in the things that I used to enjoy at all anymore #as soon as I'm left with my own thoughts it's just... intrusive memories/flashbacks to all that happened & I feel nauseous #everything that I used to enjoy feels tarnished all because I foolishly thought I could trust a man again #only to realize what it really was in the end after I was shown the true colors before I ended things #..and opening up to some close friends about some bits and pieces of what happened.#now I'm seeing a new therapist for PTSD all over again and am counting the days every week to each appointment #I find it difficult to even sit and work on art anymore as a distraction without flashbacks #it's so frustrating #I just wish that I could go back to my old self from BEFORE and find joy in things again #I know that I'll eventually get there again someday- I've done it before years ago... but still. It's really difficult

@clairjohnson, @alienrat-art, and i have played a LOT of outlast trials, and i can't ignore an oc opportunity - so here are our reagents!

from right to left, clair's "crow", my oksana "ox" kagan, and rat's "mouse"! crow is the item hoarder, mouse is the stealth, and oksana is the one smashing down doors and hucking bricks at coyle.

rat did a fantastic job on the art!!!!! check the night vision version!!
