What is your usual approach to chapter titles in your multi-chapter fanfiction?

I use own title for every chapter (e.g. Promise and Lie, New Beginning etc.)

I use chapter numbers (e.g. Chapter 1, Chapter II. or just numbers etc.)

I use combination (e.g. Chapter 1 - The First Meeting etc.)

I don't use any individual chapter titles or numbers

I do it somehow else

Hard to say what is the most usual way how I handle this
