- Reader that's a SCP but successfully escaped from the SCP foundation
- Reader who's secretly a vampire that either works at hospital or Arkham Asylum
- Final girl! Reader (I don't know whether or not there any gender neutral horror movie term for final girl)
The answer to that my friend is idk, most of my asks are from anon’s like yourself. I’m assuming you’ve been like 90% of them at this point. I’m pretty sure almost all of the anon’s I’ve gotten are from the same four people but I have very little proof of that. I’m assuming based on what you said you’re at minimum the one I’ve been talking to about Regina George! Reader, Killer Croc x Reader and maybe Bright Knight? Anyways,
First thought for this was less of actual movie Kevin that ends up in Gotham (And probably gets adopted and becomes a new Robin let’s be real here) but back to my Neglected Reader roots! I’m thinking there not a Robin and probably younger then Damien. One day they get left behind by accident, do to one of those save the world superhero team ups we’re all the Bats are needed. With them leaving in such a panicked rush they forgot Alfred had also left town, why? Idk he was finally being a good dad and went to spend time with his daughter. Only for the manor to get attacked not by supervillains but by some run of the mill robbers. Que Kevin typical gorilla warfare.
Maybe slide in some of my dad two face propaganda. Long before Harvey became two faces Bruce left an old note for Dick. So that if he ever needed anything and Bruce wasn’t there he could call Harvey. The note was shoved in a box somewhere, a box that Reader finds as there fortifying the house and decides why not and calls him. Confused as hell why his old phone number is being contacted Harvey picks it up and here the voice of a five year old on the other end. Triggering Dadmode tm.
Why don’t they call the cops? Reader doesn’t trust them. They work for the Bats and Reader hates the Bats
Bro is on the run, I know you probably mean something along the lines of them escaping to Gotham. We’re they blend in and become a vigilante/villain. But I just got flash banged with the memory that an SCP x Reader community does in fact, exist. So maybe that?
Although a DC continuity were the SCP foundation exists is an interesting idea. Seeing as most superheroes and villains would be considered anomalous I wonder how the difference SCP and DC factions would interact. Would Superman still exist or would he have been taken in by one of those factions? Lots to think about even outside of it being an X Reader. It’s a whole separate AU. I wonder if someone has already made an AU like this? Probably.
Honestly I think they would blend in pretty well, with them feasting on blood that’s about to get thrown out because it’s close to expiring. It might be stale but it’s better than how they used to feed. Although maybe it’s more like there eating junk food because of the chemicals put in the blood to keep it liquid? Then again they probably fed off blood filled with asbestos more then once. Don’t even get me started on micro plastics, they’re fine. Now for this we are not going to fallow the way it functions in DC Vampires. Because that’s a whole different can of worms I will get to later. Reader would probably have an easy time fitting in at Gotham just because it’s well Gotham. With them also being one of the few people completely happy with working the night shift and never getting tired no matter how long there hours are. With them being so well feed from this job they usually don’t have to worry about going feral over blood. 
Now this is the part where I talk about DC Vampires. Like the actual vampire apocalypse universe they have. For anyone out of the loops. It seems like in DC vampirism actually makes most people go absolutely feral. Bringing out their worst, most malicious traits as well as their unending craving for human blood. Turning even the kindest people into absolute monsters. All of this as they fallow whoever functions as like the ‘queen parasite’. Not truly a hive mind but pretty close to one as they feel compelled to fallow the ‘queen’s’ orders even if there against it. Some vampires such as Damian and the guy protecting his daughter seemed to have an immunity to this side effect, but not the vampirism itself. Of course I haven’t actually read the comic in ages, the last time I checked on it Barbra became the new Vampire Queen after she killed Dick.
Reader is one of the ones who isn’t affected by the bloodlust and is on the human’s side. If they actually care about humans is up for debate, but the new status quo set up is actually really bad for vampires in the long run. As there biggest food source is slowly going extinct thanks to everything going on. It just makes the most sense to team up with humans, whether they actually like them or not. With them being a doctor definitely helping with keeping everyone alive. Then again with how many of the cast drop like flies it’s a real coin toss on if they live for very long. Especially with the purge of disloyal vampires at the beginning :/
Have I wanted an excuse to talk about DC Vampire for the longest time, yes, yes I have.

In all seriousness though I’m picturing them as someone who is constantly becoming the protagonist of sequels and spin offs. This bitch is life has become full of blood after they *pulls several pieces of paper out of a hat* Went to a party with their friends in the middle of the mountains were everyone’s cars broke down and they were hunted for sport by the son of a dead lumberjack. Or something like that. Bitch is just as prepared and paranoid if not more so then Batman himself. Have you ever read “Final Girl Support Group”? There personality is like the protagonist in that.
Slight crossover tangent, they instantly clock Brutal Reader as a slasher movie villain. They just can’t prove it yet, Brutal is confused but not surprised that there getting the Doakes stare by the new kid. Putting there name with a big question mark on there, “might need to kill later” list.
