Also a play. Takes 2 minor characters from Hamlet and focuses on them, but in a weirdly existential way.
51. Seussical the Musical
Primarily the story of “Horton Hears a Who,” but with a lot of subplots and references involving other Dr. Seuss stories.
In the 1950s, the innocent, new, good girl in school and falls for the bad boy. He reciprocates, but doesn’t want to ruin his reputation.
A TV show in Baltimore is shaken up after overweight teen Tracy Turnblad joins the cast. But the outrage is minor compared to the calls for integration the studio then recieves.
Using songs by ABBA, tells the story of a young woman trying to find who her father is before her wedding.
Based on the novel by Louisa May Alcott, about 4 sisters growing up in the Civil War era.
