I always get mad at my sibling when they leave the milk out of the fridge for more than a few minutes because it always goes warm, which I thought was pretty reasonable. Until today, when they looked me dead in the eyes when I took the milk out of the fridge and said “be careful, leave it out for more than fifteen seconds and it becomes hotter than the f*cking sun.”

I refused to laugh. They continued by making ticking noises until I put it back in the fridge. That would’ve still been fine, but they had to go one step further.

“Be careful drinking that milk, it gets pretty spicy when the oxygen hits.”

I have never wanted to punch someone and hug them at the same time more than at that moment.
