Were invited by Flex Ltd in Alviso for an opportunity to lead 2 meditation sessions for employees and to also share information in their health fair! Few sharings after a 20 min session - “I felt like I just had a massage”, “I feel refreshed”, “very relaxed”, “I loved it”! I was amazed to see so many employees wanting more meditation sessions and rooms on campus. It’s their first time they did a health fair and we thoroughly enjoyed. Day 1 and 2 at #Waterloo . A beautiful city, university town and chilly weather. Interacted with lot of ppl during interviews, Uber rides and restaurants. Walked around the Waterloo park, silver lake, saw farm animals and had some Indian and Bangladeshi food. My Uber driver has grown up near this area but visited Waterloo after years as for him it’s a village and nothing much to do. But I found some beautiful places around and walked miles in this cold weather. I love this weather 😇 The university has some really smart people. There is life in the area because of so many students. I wasn’t aware of co op programs earlier.
