Let It Be
i didn't forget, i swear
There are many places where this song could fit into the play, but I chose to put it at the very end of the play when Fortinbras and Horatio are left to talk about the fall of the royal family and the other tragic deaths. I think that this song would really fit how the fate of the kingdom is what was meant to happen in the beginning of the play.. it was meant to be. It also fits how they can't do anything to change what has happened and how the fate of the kingdom is now left in the hands of Fortinbras. They are now faced with the question of what to do now that the King and Hamlet are dead, but the song gives a sense of reassurance of how things will be alright now that the whole conflict is over and there is a new King.
Poetry Slam: Evocative line
Michaela Keegan - "Sun + Rose = Heartbreak"
Evocative Line: Now winter is here to stay,
The poetry was amazing as always and I just wanna say GOOD JOB GUYS! You guys did amazing and i was very cheesed and heartbroken by your poems. I got the feels.
Anyways, the line i think that holds a lot of meaning is in Michaela Keegan's poem when she says "Now winter is here to stay." It is the break in the poem where the mood changes from remembering a past romance filled with joy to how the speaker is now feeling cold, sad heartbreak. The use of "winter" brings thoughts of sadness, coldness, and death. This line alone was delivered in a way of affirmation, giving the idea that the heartbreak can not be rewinded and taken back, that the hurt the speaker is feeling will always remain forever. This made me feel sad and empty, which helped me relate to the mood and tone of the poem.
“Having been loved by you makes it harder for me to feel others’ love.”

Adorable: Adittion to Anmols
When you're wrapped up in each others arms, quietly telling them all about your day as they fail to stay awake, and instead you watch them fall asleep … slowly and then all of a sudden.
Adorable
Adorable is the way his face falls and contorts into a look of discomfort when he hears that they're going shopping.
Adorable is the way he is dragged into her plans and dreadfully follows her from store to store.
Adorable is complaining and asking if shes done yet, or what time the mall closes because he's whining and he's "huuuungrrrryyy".
Adorable is the way he holds her shopping bags while shes in the change room, waiting impatiently, bored out of his mind.
Adorable is the way he absolutely hates shopping, but still endures it because she loves it.
Poetry Slam!
"Since people listen to you on tumblr Tell them to write a poem about a French pose if they don't already perform And tulner will pick who performs"
I have received this message from someone which came from Mr. Tulner and so I am forwarding this all to you
If you did not already perform at the poetry slam (hehe) do the following:
(However, if you are like me, one that has already performed their assigned poems at the poetry slam, you do not have to do the following)
Write a SHORT POEM about a French pose (and no, your piece for the poetry slam doesn't have to have this pose)
Mr. Tulner will pick who performs
