Figuring out your sexuality can be so fucking confusing but once you finally do everything just makes sense. Like my whole life I’ve never been looking forward to the day I get a boyfriend, or have a first kiss, or have any of those magical romantic moments people always talk about it. Now that I know I can have those moments with a girl, I can’t wait for them. I can picture dating a girl. I can picture kissing a girl. I can picture marrying a girl. But I can also picture walking down the street holding hands with a girl. I can picture cuddling while watching movies in fuzzy pajamas and warm blankets with a girl. I can picture waking up in the morning with a girl in a bed that we call ours. I can picture good morning and good night kisses. I can picture going shopping for baby clothes with a girl, and figuring out how to build a playset in the backyard. I can picture loving a girl in a way I never thought I could. And it just feels right. Everything feels right, and now that I understand what it’s like to yearn for love, I can’t imagine why anyone would be against it.
