Introducing Jango or Number 1 - this was/is my first Partscaster. It is a Warmoth Maple neck with the Fatback profile. The body is a Squier Strat Honey Blond. The Neck Pickup is a Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates and the Middle Pickup is a Lace Sensor Emerald Green. The Pick guard is a custom order from Warmoth. The fun part of this setup is the wiring - the there are two volume knobs and one tone (the labels don’t match). Think Fender Jazz Bass Wiring. This guitar is the basis for the rest of the clones. I love the sound of the Pearly Gates matched with the Lace Sensor Emerald, and the controls are perfect - no switches, no complexity simple volume and tone. I will be posting more pics over the the next few months.
