Deskercise!
1. Target audience groups are white collar and students. These people are under the risk of some serious sitting diseases.
2. SYSTEMATIC method:they may search health information online, but they may not connect to the same article or video everyday. may app can guide them to do simple exercise everyday at a pre-setting time. they can view the compare between their sitting time and their moving time.
Users can connect their smart wearable devices to have more free experience.
3. Promotion method, 1. Import friend list from SNSs. So users can compete with each other. 2. use “point system” to encourage people if they can achieve their goal everyday. 3. use some interactive game to let use have a rest, move their attention and eye sight from the desk.
Target users characteristics
My target user is white collars and students group. these types of people often sitting a long time in front of screens. Some times they may feel uncomfortable when they sitting a long time. Although they may search some tips and health information by Google; there are hundreds of different types of health tips and informations from different resources, my users may not have time and patient to recognise whether they are authorities. they may choose one of them to read. It is obvious that sitting diseases are difficult to cure in only once exercise (10-15 mins). The patients who have back pain, or more professional, “Lumba disc herniation”. They suffer the pain all days and fight with this chronic disease several years. Therefore, although google can offer people many useful health informations, but my app will offer them the more scientific and systermatic schedules and information to help them do the exercise everyday during their prefered time period. if they keep using this app, their body pain will release and it is also a prevention to the more serious sitting diseases。

Interactive design method from Baidu UI designer. the three main steps in UX design is “identify the core needs”, “analysis the competitive works” and final create design project.
This is a remarkable app that demonstrate the similar ambition to me to help people keep active every day. This app offer users right to setting notifications according to their daily habit. Users can set remind time range and frequency. if they feel annoying they can simple close or change the remind setting. This app solve part of the problem in this area and the user comments are positive and agreeable.
Using wearable technology
I would like to narrow my thinking to the smart watch or band. In this app, users can choose to use the inserted sensors as the technique support. More broadly, this app also can connection with their smart watch or wrist band to collect more accurate data to ensure the app can work more efficient and customized.
Users need
People face multiple screens nowadays, they have the true demand for a health assistant can notify them keep activity instead of sit in front of screens. However, the candidate apps or functions can not offer people comfort and enjoyable using experience. this is the challenge of my project. I will design a app can highly consider the users personal using ability and give them unique advice and help.
Some reflection thinking
my project theme and willing is to help people form a good using ability on their smart technology devices.
generally, my app have two main functions. firstly, it is a health assistant for the users, it can push health notifications when the users sit a long term or using their phone for a long time. the most important thing is users may feel be controlled when they using this app so they may shut down the notification function and use their phone as usual. the condition caused this problem is because the types of apps often interrupt the users behavior and accuse their users as a smartphone addict. In my app, the notification is just the suggestion deliver to the users. the decision right is still in their hand. if they feel tired because they work for a long time, they can continue using this app by simply click the notification to enter the app main interface.
Therefore, the second part of this app is a education and guide for cure and release body injure. the target users can follow the exercise video or image to relax their body in 1-15 minutes per day at any time they prefer. It is a good way to decrease the potential serious health risks.
