So I donated blood yesterday.. I had a trainee.. she had to apply the stuff on my arm 3 times. First it touched the cuff that she had on my arm to accentuate my vain. The second time, she touched the site, which where she came from (plasma), they could. And when she poked me, she had to pull back out a little, it hurt quite a bit. It made me nervous and I was debating to just give up and leave. But I sucked it up and got through it. My blood flowed to bag pretty fast. Once it started flowing, it probably took no more than 5 minutes. And my iron was 13.2. But I am always cold.. Soo.. I don't know why I am.. but anyway.
