The more or less finished model of the Mr. Long Alien Wolf ~

What a weird creature it is! I think this is one of my favorite models I've made so far. (WIPs I shared some time ago)

These guys don't have detailed story or lore (yet?), though I shared a bit about them under one of my illustrations. With this model, I tried to shape their realistic appearance, following my idea of a very thin (it's the old idea of my world that almost all its creatures are weirdly long and thin) and alien canine-like creature, which isn't actually canine.

It's also fun to compare them to Solfshein, likely related arctic species which is much heavier and fuffier.

if you are a wolf, in a flock of sheep, and you feast on them. the sheep will cast you out with their horns and hooves. across the fence, into the woods. there is where you will live with your own kind. but when winter comes, and the sheep leave for the warm barn full of soft hay. the pack will become hungry and cold. this is when they will start eating their own kind. and then and only then will you see, they did not hunger for sheep but for flesh.
